The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and eager to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Fathy, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality truly stood out and made a lasting impression. Employees like him are a great asset to the hotel. Great location and good hotel particularly for business.|Reception staff and Shiffat in the concierge were very helpful and attentive from the start.|The room was relatively small but enough space for all the main needs including additional chairs, a desk, hairdryer, walking shower, etc. The room had a big curtain which I thought it was a full window but unfortunately it was a wall. So it had no window, only a small area hidden at the back of the wall.|Two plugs in the room didn't work and the air conditioning was extremely loud. |Breakfast was good, a lot of options ranging from hot food like chicken, rice, vegetables, etc, packing by omelette, cheeses, smoked fish, to fruits and cereal.

I stayed at this Radisson Blu in Qurtuba, Riyadh for a month, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the entire hotel team for making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. A special thank you to the reception team (Shiffal and Khalid) for their warm welcome and for upgrading me from a standard room to a larger room with a terrace. Internet was good and with the space, I was able to easily work from the room with my additional monitor. The outdoor terrace area also made a big difference during my extended stay. I would also like to appreciate the restaurant team (Mashkur, Maharaj, Naraen, Marleen and many more); they supported my breakfast each morning with an additional take away coffee cup and then dinner service. They have consistently been friendly, attentive, and professional. FYI, I will be back for that T-bone steak 🤤. The housekeeping team (sorry guys forgot your names) has done an excellent job keeping the room clean and comfortable, and the laundry team has also provided reliable and efficient service throughout my stay. Overall, the hotel staff have been welcoming, helpful, and professional. Their hospitality has made the Radisson Blu feel like a home away from home during my first month in Riyadh. I totally recommend the hotel to any expat and business traveler looking for a comfortable and stress free transition into Riyadh. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent service. 😎👍🏽🇰🇪✈️🌍

Although I didn’t stay in one of the rooms, I attended a four-day event at the hotel, and my experience was excellent. The entire team was professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality and attention to detail made the event run smoothly. A special thank you to Chef Ismail, Chef Hani, Chef Emad, Rama, and Captain Murjan for their outstanding service and kindness throughout the event. Your dedication and warm hospitality were truly appreciated. Thank you all for making our experience so enjoyable. I would be happy to return in the future.
