We stayed as a tour group and paid to have a porter. When we got there, the porter refused to handle the bags so we had to get them off the bus and bring them in the hotel. Eventually a different hotel staff brought some bags up but most of us had to bring our own. Same when we left. The porter refused to handle bags and instead we had to load them. He stood by the door and waved his hand to make it open for us. Hotel was comfortable but beds wet very springy/boi gym and bouncy. Dinner was a cod cake that didn’t have much flavor.

Stayed for one night and chose this hotel as parking in the city centre can be difficult. The hotel had private parking at an extra cost and was located about 10 to 15 minutos from the centre, easy to reach. The hotel is very big, a bit old fashioned, but the room was very spacious, as was the bathroom. Right beside the hotel there's a Mercadona for some grocery shopping, as the breakfast itself might seem a bit disappointing (there were a lot of guests, it gets a bit busy and the selection is not very wide) The staff was very nice and overall it was a comfortable stay.

Omg...the rooms are so so dated. Exterior looks good n modern but inside rooms are poorly facilitated. No bottles of water, no kettle, old dirty looking towels, no tissue paper, old looking wardrobe musty smell etc. Poor service too. Hot water can be filled into your bottle at £3 per bottle at the bar !!!! Why so unkind ? No kettle yet charge us for hot water when one needs to make infant milk. Water cold can be biughtvat £1.50 at vending. Overall I m not recommending.

Very average hotel, it lacks cleanliness. The bed base is very dirty with stains all over, the mattress isn't comfortable and the pillows didn't smell good. The location is great, but everything else is very average. Not sure I would recommend it.

Despite the beautiful view to the cathedral, the experience was not positive. The booking was ode because the prepayment (which I thought had been made) was not, and the reception didn't tell us, they just presented us with the bill. The bill included parking fees, which were also not marked on the booking as paid, or if they were, it was imperceptible. The receptionist was very unfriendly and uninformative. The room itself wasn't bad, but the floor was dirty, the window frame was unsafe as screws were missing, and some windows weren't properly closed. The bathroom is very outdated and uninviting.|We will not return for sure

Well signed underground parking sharing entrance with supermarket. After a long drive this was very welcome BUT having driven in we found we couldn’t access the parking without a room card. I saw no signage to explain this and was informed by another guest. So frustrating. Smelly bathroom, breakfast looked superficially good but was poor quality. Good location.
