The rooms are ok. No blinds, which can be difficult for some people to sleep. A bit noisy, you hear everything that goes in the corridors. The place is a bit far from city centre

Booked & paid a better hotel, but @ check they reassigned me this one. They offered to cancel the reservation but was late in the afternoon. Regretful experience due to mattress that sank in the middle, pillow was too high, doesn't have A/C, open window led to be woken by yelling drunks passing by a few times in the street right below all night long, sound isolation inexists. Bathroom seemed clean & that was only "ok" aspect. Location is on the edge of where is interesting to be. Never coming back & surely I won't recommend it. Salamanca is beautiful, though .

although the online check in process was easy enough, everything else was bad. My room was tiny - only enough for a single bed, a sink and a shower. Toilet doesn’t have a door and if the blinds are open people in apartments on the other side of the road could see you on the toilet or in shower or bed. Room smells strongly of cigarettes and air freshener- it’s clear that they know it smells like smoke. My shower leaked and flooded the whole room. When I called to seek assistance it took 40 mins for someone to arrive and then the only alternative accomodation they offered was in a less good hostel of theirs with a shared bathroom, with no offer to give a refund of the money I paid or to pay the difference. Man was very rude on the phone and unhelpful. I sought alternative accomodation at 10pm on a Friday night which was terrible. However, Paula who helped me was very kind and lovely and the only good thing about this awful place, I would never stay again or recommend this or any others owned by this chain.

Just trying to get into your room and building is a nightmare. No one there to help, all done over the phone and online. Rooms only have 1 outlet and the shower leaks all over the floor. Good location that's about it.

Comfortable and cosy, although the rooms are quite small. The hostel is located close to the Centre, not on the noisy street though which is a plus

(Translated by Google) The rooms aren't very big. The sink is inside the room, and the bathroom only has a shower and toilet. Everything was clean, but you can hear noise from other rooms, and the building entrance has a strange smell. It's well located. The digital keys for everything, accessed via mobile phone, worked very well. Good location. Ideal for just one or two nights.

(Translated by Google) I've never been in a worse place. The smell was unbearable, the furniture was gloomy, and the toiletries were disgusting. The shower screen doesn't close completely, but despite the pool of water it creates in the bathroom, it's actually a blessing, as it allows you to move your arms because it's only wide enough for one person. The mattress traps you in the middle of the bed and makes you sink in. I didn't dare open the wardrobe. The TV didn't have a remote, etc., etc., etc. The worst experience, hands down.
