Location was good and the front desk staff was friendly. Wifi was TERRIBLE in our junior suite so if you need wifi, DO NOT stay here (we stayed 4 nights). Housekeeping staff was TERRIBLE. Every morning it would make so much noise next door and above us, they would bump our walls and make a lot of noise. Every single morning. No amenities so this hotel should be rated two at best, great hotel if on a budget and need no service and wake up early anyways.

This hotel is in a great location. The rooms are unbelievably clean and styled. The view out of the front rooms is so peaceful. The parking was a great perk. I am sorry we were only there for 1 night.

Hotel is a little old but everything works. A 10 min walk from the Cathedral and plaza. Parking is via a car lift next to the hotel.

Great service from lady at front desk. Her English was perfect as well as her directions and help. Hotels facilities were great and breakfast was 15 euros. Looks like a nice buffer

We love this place and always stay there when visiting Salamanca. Located in the old center. The atmosphere is old fashioned grandeur.

This was a clean, cozy hotel located about a five minute walk from the Plaza Mayor. They have parking located right there via an elevator. Check-in is easy because they have temporary parking for your car. The receptionists were super friendly & helpful! The beds & pillows were comfortable and the bathroom clean & well setup. There is a locker & small frig. Unfortunately, there isn’t any coffee machine in the room or a coffee bar in the lobby for guests either. The breakfast buffet is well stocked and delicious.

The hotel had advised that we get a taxi from the train station, but – after waiting several minutes – we decided to walk instead. Our phone suggested that it would take 27 minutes … and indeed it did. It was fairly straightforward too and – for two people aged 72 and 73 respectively – that’s not bad! |The hotel exceeded our expectations. Our room was generously sized (as was the bed), the air conditioning was both efficient and silent, and the bathroom and shower were fine. We slept comfortably. The reception staff were friendly, and we both appreciated the chilled water dispenser available in the lobby. It was easy to walk to everything we wanted to see in Salamanca (we were there for eight nights) and – of course – we just walked back to the train station at the end of our stay. Very happy to recommend.

Lovely hotel in quiet street. Short walk to main attractions with some good cafes/restaurants nearby. Check out Scherzo on Gran Via, a few minutes walk. Our bedroom was spacious with a large double bed. the bathroom was gorgeous!|Excellent breakfast and helpful, pleasant staff. Would highly recommend 👌
