A wonderful exoeriemce. The aprtment was very clean, a very comfortable bed and a very good shower. A coffee machine, hair dryer.Google maps took me to a strange car park behind the building so do make sure you stay on the main road for the entrance.

i had a great experience going to this apartment for my vacation. first of all, the room is so new and updated, its not even funny. the floors are spotless, and it looks like a sized down modern mansion. the tvs are very new, compared to other places which look nice but the tvs are very old. the location is really nice, 1 minute from linzergasse and a 5 min walk from alstadt. its really easy to go around the place and they have included a laundry room which is connected to the relaxing area or whatever its called. i never really had an experience with their service, but they did bring me towels and blankets and pillows really quickly so thats good. all in all, i would reccomend staying here, for it is a good location, amazing updated rooms, and for its price sometimes you cant really beat it

Very comfortable and modern room. A few minutes easy walk from the old city and a lot of restaurants/pubs/shops. Easily reachable in public transport and car/taxi. Free public washing machine and dryer really made our life simpler. Would have been nice to have a microwave or a toaster oven. There are plates, utensils and a dishwasher, but no way to heat up food.

We had a great stay in Warsaw at Master Wola and then in Salzburg at Master Linzergasse Serviced Apartments. The locations for both were great and our rooms were wonderful. It makes travelling life easier to have access to washers and dryers . I wouldn't hesitate to stay with them again or to recommend them.

We had a wonderful stay as a couple. The apartment looked exactly like the photos, and the host kindly allowed us an early check-in because of our early flight. One of the first things I'd like to mention is the air conditioning, which was excellent and made a huge difference during the hot summer. Many hotels, apartments, and even restaurants in the area don't have it, so it was greatly appreciated. Communication with the host was smooth throughout our stay. They were always responsive, helpful, and friendly. The location is fantastic—right at the entrance to the Old Town and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see, including Mirabell Gardens, the castles, restaurants, shops, and other attractions. The apartment also had a great Nespresso coffee machine, a lovely balcony, and hot water available at all times. If we ever return to Salzburg, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Fantastic location - very quiet part of town! Excellent layout and accommodations. Had everything we needed, including access to a lower level laundry and common area (which we only explored). Excellent place to stay and easy to walk to many different nearby attractions, restaurants, and other stores. Very close to grocery store, too. Would definitely stay here again!

This place is amazing. We had wonderful 3 nights here. The room is very modern and clean. The bed and even the sofa bed is very comfortable. The room is quiet with the balcony to look outside. The bonus is the free laundry room even though one of the dryers is not heating properly so the owner need to look into it and might need to replace the parts. Would love to stay here again if we are in town.

A great location and nice, clean and modern rooms. Be aware all is online, support is good but only through WhatsApp. Parking in the area is a bit difficult or expensive. The room was very clean, kitchen nice and equipped well, quiet area for a good sleep. AC worked also well for me and I like the little balconies. Access with codes works also well, but maybe less suitable when you are looking for a receptionist and daily room service.

The hotel's own apartments have kitchens with refrigerators and dishwashers, so you can also cook. For delivery, local apps like Wolt and Uber Eats bring food to the main entrance. The pedestrian-only Linzer Gasse street, starting right at the hotel, is lined with cafés and eateries for casual bites.
