My wife and came for the first time and had a blast! We purchased tickets to see Killer Queen, this band was a fantastic tribute band to Queen and Freddie Mercury, Wow they were excellent! There were times when I closed my eyes and just listened and the lead singer really had the pipes and could sing almost as if Freddie was there singing himself, the band was also excellent. The acoustics in this theater are fantastic, the seats are also excellent and comfortable, there appears to be NO bad seats anywhere. I have to give a nod to the casino security, I noticed they were very visible and paying attention and on point. I am former tier 2 operator, Marine and really appreciated them doing their jobs and keeping alert. The concert was spectacular, the Casino itself was super clean and staff ver friendly and helpful. We ate at Rank And File and had great service by Avi or Avaranza hope I spelled his name correct? He recommended the Pot Roast and my wife had a Cheeseburger and both were excellent and everything was reasonably priced including our Woodford drinks. We had a wonderful night and would most definetly would come back. We are not gamblers but would come for a show anytime and dinner. Also easy to park your car and get around easily.

Staff couldn’t have been friendlier. Everyone was very helpful and nice. Only negative was the people in room next to us that were smoking skunk **** all night. Came thru vents and we felt like we had a contact high. We had asked for non smoking. Mexican restaurant was good. Had nice bartenders and great shrimp cocktail. Very open and airy.

Sycuan is a beautiful resort. Everything at the property is very clean and well-appointed. Our room on the 10th floor was large and lovely. All the employees are so friendly and helpful. We had fun in the casino with such a large variety of machines to play. We'll definitely go back again.

I booked a birthday weekend stay at the casino hoping to enjoy a relaxing staycation and celebrate with friends and family. Unfortunately, the overall experience fell well below expectations due to several customer service issues. Upon arrival, I was assigned a handicap-accessible room instead of the suite I had reserved. I only accepted the room because I was informed that no other rooms were available. I also expressed concern that I am not disabled and would have preferred that the room remain available for someone who genuinely needed those accommodations. The customer service throughout the stay was disappointing. When ordering food, staff were not particularly welcoming, and one of my guests was unable to order what he wanted, which was frustrating given that he had joined me to celebrate his birthday as well. The following day at the pool, I experienced an unusually long wait for drinks despite being told it was a relatively slow day. As someone who works in customer service, I understand the importance of providing timely and attentive service. Unfortunately, the delays took away from the time I was able to spend with my friends, family, and significant other during what was supposed to be a special weekend. Despite these issues, I did my best to enjoy the trip and make the most of the situation. There was another incident that further contributed to an uncomfortable experience, but I will leave it at that for now. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements so future guests can have a better experience.

I’ve been coming here for several years, and this place holds some incredible memories for me. More than four years ago, I was fortunate enough to win over $300,000, earn Black Card status in less than two months, hit my first jackpot here, and even hit 14 jackpots in one night! But the wins aren’t what keep me coming back—it’s the people. Marlena Bradshaw was my host, and she was truly one of the kindest and most genuine hosts I’ve had the pleasure of knowing. What stood out most was that she always treated me with the same respect, whether I was playing a lot or a little. She was always responsive, professional, and willing to point me in the right direction when I needed help understanding the proper process. I live about an hour away and have casinos much closer to home, but I still choose to make the drive here. I’ve never felt like just a number or a card status. I’ve felt like a person. The jackpots gave me amazing memories, but being treated with kindness and respect is what truly made this place special. I’m genuinely grateful to Marlena and the entire team.

My wife and I were gifted a 2-night stay, for my birthday, by our best friends who live locally. We were absolutely blown away by not only the room, but the overall service and atmosphere of the resort! We had a lot of fun playing the casino games, relaxing in the Lazy River, and resting comfortably in our suite, with a gorgeous view of the hills! The cleanliness was also out of this world--we saw cleaning staff almost everywhere, even on the casino floor, and it really showed how spotless they keep the place. We love Vegas, and it felt like we had a miniature Vegas experience. We will definitely stay here again, hopefully with our friends next time around!

Incredibly clean, cozy room. Wonderful service. Great locally made complementary toiletries that made my skin and hair feel so soft. Gorgeous view. Free valet parking. Free soda fountain. Yummy food. Luxurious pool. I can't say enough good things. My *only* complaint is that the pool was only 3½ feet deep and probably only annoying for me cause I'm 6ft tall.
