My husband and I stayed in one of the renovated rooms for 4 nights and we loved everything about our stay. The rooms were clean and just as pictured and the location was excellent. It was far enough away from the crowded streets that fill up with tourists during the day, but close enough (5-10 min walk) to restaurants, shops, etc. and we were close to a ton of wineries! The hosts were very communicative, polite, and helpful! I would absolutely stay here again. One minor thing - when we first booked, we did not receive a confirmation email or anything along those lines, but as soon as we reached out to the hosts, they responded immediately and confirmed our booking with additional communication and information! I only mention this because booking in another country comes with some unknowns, but there is no need to be alarmed for this particular place. Everything worked out very well!

Duccio Nacci rooms was a good option to stay in San Gimignano. Rooms were clean, bed in number 1 must have a new mattress and the space very limited, you have to be careful when getting up at night because the bed is on a higher area as when entering the room. Beautiful works of art against the walls. Check in was ok and Renata very friendly and helpful. Room number 3 is spacious!

(Translated by Google) Staying in San Gimignano for a few days was a good choice. Even better, it was a spacious room well located in the old town. The room was very well furnished, everything was new. Very clean and pleasant. Spectacular location, close to the main squares. Restaurants nearby. Strolling around the city at night was very nice. Attentive owners. I would return without hesitation. Donos atenciosos. Eu voltaria sem titubear.

(Translated by Google) The rooms are clean and equipped with all comforts. A two-minute walk from the central square, it's close to many restaurants and wineries. The price is fair for what you get. Definitely recommended. (Translated by Google) Our stay at this hotel in San Gimignano was spectacular. The rooms are brand new, with every detail meticulously attended to. The reception is incredibly efficient, and all the staff were extremely friendly during our visit. I was delighted to discover that the hotel's name honors the photographer who owns it, and also his son. Their taste and sensitivity are evident in every corner, not only in the spectacular photographs that decorated our room, but also throughout the hotel. We would definitely return. Furthermore, San Gimignano is a stunning place, absolutely worth visiting and a must-see on any Tuscan itinerary.

(Translated by Google) My husband and I stayed at this property for three days. The owners' kindness and helpfulness are noteworthy. The owner accompanied us to the parking lot to leave our car and then took his back to the property. The luggage loading and unloading service is essential, as it is very useful. The property, located in the historic center, just steps from Piazza Cisterna, makes it easy to explore the entire town. The area is very quiet. Although I think the price should include breakfast, we will definitely return to the Nacci family for our next stay in San Gimignano.
