We're recently back from a week at this hotel.|Originally intended to book a different hotel but missed out on the last room and booked this last minute. We chose it because it had two pools and used neither. One at the back was very small and terraces backed on to it so it would've felt awkward using it. Pool at the front was small with only 4 sunbeds and right by the promenade so didn't use it. We went to the beach instead.|Sunbeds and parasol on the beach were chargeable at 15 euros a day or food or drink to the equivalent. Sunbeds were comfy with a wedge pillow. We bought food or drink but felt that 9 euros was expensive for a large beer. |Rooms and bathrooms were small but fine. Cleanliness fine throughout. Breakfast was included - what you would expect in Greece and perfectly adequate. |Beachfront hotel, although bleach is black shingle and difficult to get out of the sea so most people wore beach shoes.|Dropped off at bus stop at top of path. Caught bus to Fira from here a couple of times.|Overall, we had a lovely time, felt well looked after by all staff and were glad that we booked this hotel, as when we found the one we had intended to book it was on a road and noisy.

Great location, rooms are fine - compact but have everything you need - no.additional charges for safe, air con or hairdryer etc. Tasty breakfast and often ordered lunch too which didn’t disappoint. What really stands out are the staff- what a lovely bunch led by Kostas. All of them were so professional with genuine warmth and great hosts. Sun bed service was amazing. Drinks were always good. Genuinely shocked this is a two star and deserves more. All facilities spotless and if went back to the resort would be our first choice to stay again.

Santorini is beautiful. We stayed at this small friendly hotel for 10 days. Great location right on the beach with plenty of Taverna’s bars & gift shops there’s a small supermarket right next door, the hotel is small basic but clean and comfortable beds and the food is delicious. You will receive great service from all the friendly staff. |Special thanks to Zickos , Array, Costas Jan & Sabrina for looking after us so well, you are all a great team and a great asset to this hotel, I do hope they appreciate all of your efforts as you really do look after your guests with great care and attention, thank you all so much, we had a great time and we hope to see you all again soon. |Claire & Sandra

We visited 4 Greek islands and stayed in 4 different hotels, and everything went very well. However, in this hotel we experienced the worst service we had in the Greek islands and probably the worst reception of all the trips we have made around the world. The gentleman at the reception who handled the check-in showed a rude, unfriendly attitude and a tremendous lack of empathy. Clearly, this person does not have the skills to work in this place. It was an extremely unpleasant reception, to the point that we even considered leaving the hotel immediately. It was a shame because this episode negatively affected our stay in a significant way. The rooms are average, old, and have poor sound insulation. The breakfast was very good, and the breakfast staff, as well as the younger gentleman with the name Jan, who was at the reception the following day, were always very friendly and helpful. I would not recommend this place unless you want to be greeted with disdain and bad manners. There is a lot of hotels in this place with warm and friendly welcomes. We felt as if we were doing someone a favor by staying at the hotel, as if we were not welcome at all. The worst experience we had in Greece.

We had a great stay at Alesahne Beach Hotel. The location is absolutely perfect—right by the beach and close to restaurants, shops and everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were super friendly, welcoming and helpful. Big up to the whole team! The room itself wasn’t the best, as the bathroom was very small, the mattress was too soft for us, and there was an unpleasant smell. There was also no Wi-Fi during our stay. However, we spent most of our time exploring and enjoying the beach, so we mainly used the room for sleeping. Overall, we had a great time and the wonderful staff and fantastic location made our stay enjoyable.

Went here for our honeymoon , would not reccommend staying at this hotel as the staff made no effort to make our special occasion that extra bit more memorible. Reception staff blamed each other for lack of communication. Avoid if you want a memoriable trip for a special occasion.

Stayed from 19-26 April 2026 as the hotel was opening for the season. It is a 30 room hotel split over 3 floors all with balcony. It is nestled on the seafront across a boulevard from the beach. The beach is black volcanic sand (take water shoes) and the sea mostly calm. This stretch of Kamari is a row of seafront hotels and/or restaurants on the beach which makes things convenient.|The hotel has two pools one right at the front in front of the restaurant and the second secluded at the rear of the hotel. Breakfast, a buffet, is taken in the restaurant overlooking the ocean. The restaurant staff are very attentive, courteous and friendly. The buffet is plentiful and varied. |The rooms are spotless and kept clean daily as is the common areas of the hotel by staff.|Only one complaint, a biggie, the beds were very hard. (Room 20).
