we had an amazing experience. the view was incredible and the hotel had exceptional areas to enjoy. The staff were always pleasent and accomadating. Martina went above and beyond to return an item we left behind (extremely grateful) .We would recommend singles, couples and families to stay here as they also have some great resturaunts on site. The location was perfect and we can't wait to rebook !

One week vacay, beautiful view, the room had this Greek vibe (room 33). Beautiful view from our privat terrasse and at the restaurant during breakfast. Helpful stuff( both at check in, help with the baggage and cleaning personnel. Room has the essentials, the/coffee/shampoo/soap /etc, warm blankets. Breakfast was a fast combination of breakfast type of food, the same menu every day which was served to us. My tip would be to take ear plugs with you, cos music from the restaurant plays late at night and a bit loud . But it’s ok if one not into go early to bed🤣

Unbeatable caldera view and excellent location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants though many were closed in low season. Only negative is the poorer condition of the shower.

Room was nothing like the photos. I booked a superior room and it was tiny. I’m not sure if I got given the wrong room but after checking with reception they said it was the correct room. For the extra I paid, it definitely wasn’t worth it.

Very bad attitude to the customer. Check other reviewers, they are absolutely telling the truth, I am so surprised to see the owner actually yelling at their tenants. Will destroy your mood of vacation.

The Lady work on front desk is very rude. i get an executive room and i got a basic room for price of Executive. Only put 1 towel in my room, hair dryer not work. no iron available and if i get borrow an iron she charge me extra. But the worst part is the service. just very bad attitude. like lady as slow as business was and your bad reviews, why be rude for no reason, go find another job lady. Terrible experience. Many other good hotels to pick from that will be kind.

This hotel was closed and did not even have the courtesy to inform me before my arrival. It caused me great stress and costed me lost fees, greater charges for me hotel for last minute reservation. Loucas on the Cliff food not even answer the phone, I literally walked there and it was no one available to assist. Horrible customer service and experience

When I was looking for the hotel in Santorini for 3 nights on 5-8 sept 2025. I saw Loucas on the Cliff by random with good price and amazing views in front of the ocean Aegean. 💙🩵✨ When I read many comments is not good but I think This hotel is good for me and my friend. I’m impressed about this location is center of Fira, the room is clean and they clean my room every day, Breakfast with the view in front of the ocean included and nice waiters, the receptionist is good she told us information and safety. But do not expect about the swimming pool because it’s unfunction.😊
