For a hotel so expensive I found it pretty ordinary. The staff said that if you need more bottles of water you need to buy. The cost of a bottle of water outside is between 0.25-0.35 euros. The property is ok but I think you can get similar if not better Air BnB accommodation. The breakfast buffet for a vegetarian is also very good but if you are a vegan I am not too sure. It is a part of the design collection but nothing like a Marriott brand is reflected.

Exceptional stay from start to finish! The staff went above and beyond to make our trip feel special, and the room upgrade was such a lovely surprise. The spa and massage treatments were truly wonderful. The hotel's location is excellent; while taxis in the area can get quite expensive, we quickly got the hang of the local bus system by day two. If we return to the area, this will easily be our top choice!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is incredibly beautiful, and the staff are absolutely lovely. They helped us organise various activities and made the whole experience even better. The restaurant is genuinely amazing. If you’re staying here, I would 100% recommend having at least one dinner there — it was a solid 10/10 experience. The food was fantastic, and the cocktails, especially the margaritas, were excellent too. Our room was nice and clean! The only area I think could be improved is the breakfast. we found the sausages quite heavily processed-looking, with an unusually dark red & brown colour, which wasn’t particularly appetising. The scrambled eggs were also very disappointing. We both usually love scrambled eggs, but these seemed to have a lot of milk, cream, or something similar added, which made the texture and taste quite unpleasant. We ended up choosing boiled eggs throughout our stay instead. Not a massive issue, just something to improve in the future! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The beautiful setting, wonderful staff, and outstanding restaurant made it a memorable experience.

Thank you sooooo much to the team at Nous Santorini for making our trip the most unforgettable and relaxing experience! The atmosphere was tranquil. The staff were so helpful and went above and beyond to make our holiday relaxing and we’re all really kind. The room was beautiful and clean and huge! we were so thankful for the pool upgrade it was such a wow factor and made the holiday so so special. The food was deeelicious and so worth having half board for. We looked forward to the breakfast and dinners every day and ended up getting lunch too as the food was so good. It’s really easy to get a bus to Fira and Oia from outside the hotel (a 2 minute walk out the front of the hotel) so it’s the perfect location for peace and not be in the middle of the hustle tourist trap of Fira and Oia streets and allows you time to breathe. Great value, you really get such a high quality experience. Thank you so much. Hope to be back soon! ☺️ Harriet and Adam

Overall, I'd give this hotel a 5 star rating. The staff were all great and very helpful during our stay. The room was large and spacious although we had a 'flock' of very loud chirping birds camped outside the front door somewhere that started at 05:30 and continued well into the evening. Didn't bother myself but my wife was disturbed by them. There was no sea view from our room but I think that has been addressed in other review s and replies. It didn't spoil the stay but more sea views would have been good. Breakfast and the pool bar were fine, not as expansive as some hotels we stayed at on this trip but still fine. The location is OK but there's not a lot in Masaria. A quick trip into Fira is recommended. Trip to Akratiri was fantastic and the archaeological dig site was brill. Also did a catamaran tour (Santorini Yachting Cruises) around the southerly beaches and caldera which was very good. So overall the Nous gets a 5 start recommendation.

An excellent stay at NOŪS Santorini. We had a wonderful experience during our stay. We chose the largest rooms with a private pool, and it was absolutely worth it. The room was spacious, modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The private pool offered a great level of privacy, making it the perfect place to relax. . Breakfast offered a good selection of options and was a pleasant way to start each morning. The location was ideal for us. It's close enough to reach the main attractions of Santorini within a short drive, while being far enough from the busiest tourist areas to enjoy a quieter and more relaxing atmosphere. In my opinion, the price was fully justified by the quality of the accommodation, the facilities, the service, and the overall experience. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend NOŪS Santorini to couples looking for a peaceful and luxurious stay on the island.

So close to being a 9/10 but it's those little things that should be right when you're at a resort like this. The place is great rooms were fantastic (although we did have an issue with ours which meant we eventually had to move). The issues with the hotel are so minor that they should be easy to fix - there's only one coffee/hot water machine in the restaurant - so you have to queue every morning, sounds minor, but when you've spent an hour of your holiday queuing for coffee it gets a little grating; there are nowhere near enough staff - service suffers, which shouldn't happen when you're paying this much.

We first stayed at NOŪS three years ago and were completely blown away. It was one of my favourite places I have ever been, which is exactly why we chose to come back. I am glad to say the things that make it special physically have not changed. The pool, the rooms and the overall beauty of the place are still stunning. On looks alone it is as good as I remembered. Sadly, a lot else has changed. The vitamin bar has closed, the Elios restaurant has closed and the on site shop has gone too. 3 things that made this place special. The service is virtually non existent, and it is painfully obvious the hotel is hugely understaffed. Most of the staff also seem to lack the experience you would expect at this level. Breakfast is beyond average, honestly more what you would expect from a 3 star hotel than a 5 star one. It is a real shame, because there are one or two genuinely good people here, and when you ask them directly they will go out of their way to help. The WhatsApp service is also excellent and one of the few things that works as it should. I have written this more in sadness than anger. This was one of my favourite places in the world, and it is hard to watch it struggle. I really hope they invest in the team and bring it back to what it was, because the bones of something exceptional are still very much here.
