We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. Everything was excellent, from the beautiful surroundings and comfortable room to the welcoming atmosphere and great service. A special mention has to go to Dean, who was exceptional throughout our stay and genuinely made our experience even better. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always happy to help. His warm and professional approach really stood out and made us feel so well looked after. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. We have stayed here many times over the last few years but this is our first time to leave a review. Check-in was smooth and we were assisted by Cici who kindly gave us a free room upgrade. The room was large and very clean when we got in. The buffet breakfast is very good, although it can be quite busy around certain hours of the morning. The hotel has direct access to the beach and you can get great views of the sunset if the weather cooperates. Overall, we were all very pleased with our stay at the Pullman hotel and would recommend anyone else to stay here too.

Our stay at the Pullman was wonderful, with our visits to the spa as the highlight. The spa was welcoming, relaxing, and a perfect way to unwind during our trip. The staff in the spa were friendly and helpful! The deep tissue massage one of the best I’ve even had! The hotel was beautiful and a great stay! Great massages, facials, and peaceful energy!

We had a great stay at the Pullman Oceanview Sanya - it was a lovely property, with helpful staff and good facilities, but it is starting to feel a little tired. The location is a bit far down the beach, so you're away from the area of Sanya where it seemed everything was when we drove through. There's enough around with the beach and some walkable nearby shops - but we had to taxi to the night markets. We booked their apartment style room, which was in a separate tower and away from the main reception. But it was no trouble to get to and from and we were super grateful for all the space and the facilities - it was huge! The room was very clean and well maintained. Although, what looked like a functional kitchen in the pictures was not - it was a steriliser instead of an oven and there was no crockery, cutlery or cooking utensils! What had sold us on the property was the kids facilities - they show a huge splash zone with a heaps of slides. This still exists, but unfortunately, half of it is closed and in disrepair. They were operating about 3 of the slides, which was good enough for our kids, but not really what we expected. The kids club on the other had was epic! The indoor play space, where we could drop the kids for short periods (an hour or so) was amazing - so many different play zones, including small indoor climbing, ball pits, trampolines etc. Mikey was one of the supervising staff here and he was very kind and helpful. The kids club itself was more of a 'holiday camp' which was paid per day - we did this for one day and it seemed like reasonable value to have the whole day to ourselves. Beyond that they also have a whole arcade of paid games including VR - which was awesome fun! The on-site Chinese restaurant was fantastic and we had a wonderful first meal there. Breakfast was an international buffet, although it skewed local. No waiting if you get there early (like us!). Ordering F&B by the pool was quite difficult due to the QR ordering system and our WeChat Pay not working - but David by the pool each day was able to help us place the order, which was a great help. Angel at the front desk was very friendly and spoke great English - she was able to help me book the spa, which was delightful - very professional and relaxing. Aside from that - they also had a koi pond around the restaurant with some of the biggest koi fish I've ever seen and we could pay to feed them, which the kids loved. Overall, a very good stay!

We were at this hotel with my mother for the first time, we really liked it, its close location to many attractions, a large number of pools, there are also slides for children and adults, a comfortable water temperature, the sea is across the street, which makes it much easier to relax. Delicious breakfasts and a large number of restaurants with diverse cuisine. If you have any questions, Maria and other employees promptly resolve all issues.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The facilities were great and generally well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment for a relaxing trip. The staff were helpful, especially in offering tips on getting around the area, which made things much more convenient for us.We also had a butler, Cici (not sure if this is available for all room types), who assisted with reservations and was responsive in answering our queries during the stay. While some of the amenities within the hotel feel slightly dated, it didn’t significantly affect our overall experience. Overall, it was a decent and comfortable stay.

This is not the first time for us to stay at this Pullman, and there's a reason for it: we know that every time we will have a clean room, a personal manager (Sara, thank you for everything! 🌹), excellent breakfast, pool drinks, beach access, and a much needed good rest. We will definitely return!
