I always select this hotel because I like the location and love the rooms. This time before check in I was contacted by the Guest relations person “Mavi” and she made everything sooo easy en efficient! My room was ready when I got in at 11am and she managed to get me a late checkout for the following day till 6pm for my night flight back home. This little details make a huge difference for me and I really appreciate the service professionalism I always get in this property. As always all staff is friendly and attentive trying to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Can’t wait to be back next year!

This hotel has the best customer service across the board that I’ve ever experienced in a hotel anywhere. We encountered an issue where the system hadn’t registered our change in booking, and, Dani, at the front desk instantly upgraded us to accommodate our reservation. Vitor at the also front desk helped me moved a couch and rearrange our room to be more baby-friendly. The staff seemed genuinely happy to be there and happy to do their job and it made the stay feel like a real vacation, even if I just stayed there for a night.

The Pullman was so amazing, I would 100% stay here again. All of the staff were so friendly especially Dany and Al Petar. Every morning we were greeted with warm smiles and welcome. My phone was stolen and Dany took me to the police station to report it, she was so helpful and I am so grateful for all her help and kindness. The food at the restaurant was also delicious. I highly recommend staying here.

My dinner at the hotel restaurant was amazing! I can’t speak highly enough about Ms. Ludmila, my server. She was the sweetest and very attentive, but she also gave me recommendations to try new things I had never had before. Her recommendations were delicious! 12/10 for dinner tonight for sure!

I come here often and the hotel constantly changes menu at restaurant. Now they serve miniature portions and as soon as they have something good they remove from menu and replace to cheap versions. Rooms are dark, tv old no Netflix or other apps working. All the upgrades they call are really downgrades. Only the staff is nice but thats it.

I am writing to formally express again my deep disappointment regarding the appalling guest service and an unresolved issue following my recent stay at your hotel Pullman Ibirapuera from april 17th 2026 upto april 22th. During my stay, the hotel laundry service lost my personal garment. I reported the missing item immediately to reception. Approximately 30 minutes later, a laundry staff member came to my room presenting a garment that was not mine, which I naturally refused. Although your team subsequently confirmed in writing that I would be reimbursed for my lost clothing, I have yet to receive the refund despite sending several follow-up emails. To make matters worse, the Guest Experience Manager assigned to my case has completely stopped responding. As a frequent traveler, I have never experienced such a lack of professionalism or accountability. This level of service is entirely unacceptable and falls far below the high standards expected from a 5-star hotel and the Accor brand.

Loved the hotel, loved the city. I would like to especially thank the sweetest Mr. Capaldi, who helped me a lot throughout my stay. It was my first time in Sao Paolo and he was very kind, caring and helpful in giving me excellent tips on places to visit. And later when I felt a little sick because of the sun, He showed concern and was prepared to provide any assistance I might need. That made all the difference during my stay. Thank you very much.

The hotel is overall good with decent amenities and a wonderful breakfast. Rooms could use a good refresh though. Had two times a room without hot water, many of them have mold. Guest service is above average in general.
