This is not my first stay at the Pullman São Paulo Vila Olímpia, and once again, I had a great experience. The hotel is perfectly located, with excellent facilities, high-quality services, and a very good breakfast. A special mention goes to Camargos for his outstanding service. He is always professional, attentive, friendly, and truly makes guests feel welcome. It is always a pleasure to stay here, and I look forward to coming back!

Our waiter Andri was very attentive and charismatic. He offered us a great variety of breakfast dishes and gave excellent recommendations. His service made our breakfast even more enjoyable!

rooms are not clean at allllll, they were filthy. mold covered the shower in the bathroom brown stain all over the bathroom door, makeup from the last guest all over the headboard. such a shame the hotel seems like it could be so nice!

There is zero tech in the hotel, not even a speaker. The bathroom is leaking. The room cleaning always come at 6 pm when I just got off work and wanted to chill. 80% of time the workers can't speak English which is not good for a 5 star hotel. If I need something like water, you won't get it until 30 mins later. They never even one time give me the new face towel. Always missing the mini bar refills. This is the worst Pullman I ever stayed and the quality is probably a 3 star hotel, please re-evaluate the 5 star rating before someone eventually submit a official complaining as default advertisement.

First, the booking experience did not follow as expected. I stayed at the hotel to attend a conference on the same premises. The discount code never worked, and the App offered me a better price, which was interesting. Then, when I checked in, it seemed I'd arrived at a very nice hotel, until I entered the room and went to the bathroom, which was dirty! Took some photos of the uncleaned wc and the floor with dried urine residues, and went to the front desk and requested a new room. Surprised! I took everything out of my luggage (big mistake) and went to the bathroom. Guess what? Yes, dirty again... woman's hair in the sink, among other things. Ask the manager to be present at the scene, and he did a good job by checking the replacement for my next room first, which was in good condition. Regarding the other hotel services, the restaurant, bar, and spa are good and make you feel at home.

After the hotel response im adding here what was missed. The rooms need a big of maintenance. Electric plugs didn't work on 2 stays. I was goven a room which the water pressure of the shower was minimal. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and i feel its not appreciated recurring customer. Each time is a different rate, sometimes includes breakfast sometimes doesnt. The front door guys are usually nice. The hotel tries to maximize their profits at all cost.

I am usually staying 2-3 x a year. Well located hotel. Very nice staff (especially the morning team in the breakfast room).

The hotel is located at the center of Villa Olimpia and is great if you are looking to stay close to your customers or corporate offices. The neighborhood isn't very with good presence of police and private security.
