Our 2 night stay was the perfect place to spend in Sapporo. The hotel is located just a few blocks away from Sapporo Station (5 minutes walk) between 2 quieter streets. It is in an excellent location to be walking distance from the clock tower, TV tower, Odori Park, Tanukikoji Shopping Street and plenty of shops and restaurants. Despite Suskino area appearing to be far away, it was surprisingly easy to walk there as well. We ended up walking there twice in one day and didn’t feel like we were exhausted. Check-in / check-out is pretty seamless and a staff assists you on the self check-in/out machine. We stayed in the Cross Suite, which was very spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed the windows in the bathroom, particularly in the tub area. Pictures on the website felt accurate. The only strange thing about the room is that because the bathroom is located next to windows, the adjacent seating area is a little closed off and they hide the wall with a curtain. It felt a little odd, but didn’t detract from enjoying the room. We also had breakfast in the morning (starts at 7:00A), which is a wide assortment of items. I was expecting more sushi dishes (ikura, tuna, shrimp) as we had enjoyed this in other Hokkaido hotels outside of Sapporo, but unfortunately all of their seafood dishes were cooked. Additionally, there were signs in the elevator that there can be a wait between 7:30A-9:00A. Around 7:00-7:30A when we ate, it was definitely busy, but not crowded. I could definitely see how you would need to wait if you eat during the peak hours. Overall, no complaints with the stay. Being in a central location was the reason why I chose this hotel and I would stay there again.

Excellent experience from check-in to check-out. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The room was spotless, the facilities were excellent, and the staff provided exceptional hospitality throughout our stay.Every team member made us feel welcomed and valued. First, I want to emphasize that the staff at this hotel were consistently very nice and pleasant. Unfortunately, however, we found the hotel itself to be less accommodating than we had hoped, and there were several aspects of our stay that were disappointing. The main reason for our rating was the condition of the women’s onsen. While the onsen area itself had only a faint mildew-like odor, the shower area had an extremely strong mold/mildew smell that made me uncomfortable using the facilities. Unfortunately, I ultimately decided not to use the onsen again, which was particularly disappointing because the onsen was the main reason we chose this hotel. We were also surprised that both the onsen and the upstairs “Sky Lounge” are closed from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We were told this was because there is not enough staff available to monitor the area. We understand that staffing can be challenging, but the Sky Lounge is one of the nicest spaces in the hotel for natural light and a quiet atmosphere. It was disappointing that guests are not permitted to simply sit there, read, or work during the day. We even asked if we could sit there quietly for about an hour so that my husband could read his new script to me, but unfortunately this was not permitted. Oh! And I almost forgot to mention: the hotel WiFi doesn’t work in the Sky Lounge at all. We also found the guest room and lobby somewhat difficult to relax in. Our room faced directly toward neighboring buildings, with very little of a view, while the main lobby has zero natural light or outdoor view. Having access to a pleasant, light-filled common area would have made a significant difference.

Stayed on 2 separate nights in June and it was not that crowded. Made reservation via their website. Lobby is located on the 2nd floor, accessible by escalator/lift. Conveniently located in the city Center, walking distance to the train station. Smooth check in & check out process with self service machines at the lobby, English language available. Staff were very helpful and kind to wipe our luggage as it was raining. Amenities available for collection at the lobby. Cozy and clean rooms. One of the rooms that we stayed at had a good view of the Sapporo TV tower.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. The room we were given was comfortable, well-presented, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the complimentary water, which was a lovely convenience after long days out. Housekeeping did an excellent job — our room was cleaned beautifully each day, and it was always a pleasure to return to a fresh and tidy space. Although we experienced a small issue with the air conditioning not providing enough cooling, the receptionist was very helpful and promptly provided us with a fan, which we greatly appreciated. The quick assistance and friendly service made a real difference. Overall, our experience was very positive, and we’re grateful for the warm hospitality. We would happily stay again and recommend this hotel to others.

Stay 4D3N at the hotel. Location was great, near to Clock Tower & Odori Park. A short work to Exit 5 & we will be in the underground walkway, which connects up Sapporo JR station all the way to Pole Town & Susukino. We used this walkway on daily basis when we were at Sapporo. The room is a bit compact in size & the mattress maybe too soft - got a slight backache in the morning after our first night at the hotel. Room cleaning services are available every day. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel but there are lots of breakfast options around the hotel. In fact, we visited Komeda Coffee (5 mins walk) twice for our breakfast because of their excellent coffee & soft toast. The onsen on 18th floor is very small...it will be too crowded inside the pool with 5~6 people using it at the same time - we went up but could not use it because it was too crowded to be able to properly enjoy the soaking. We also dragged our luggages & use the underground walkway from the hotel to Sapporo JR station to take the express train to Hakodate. In general, a hotel at a centralized location in Sapporo, clean, comfortable with courteous & helpful staffs. Oh... there is a separate room tax that we need to pay, which is over & above the taxes that were collected when we booked via a travel site.

A wonderful hotel! We stayed at the 16th floor and the view was amazing, the room large and very tidy. The free lounge bar has a great variety of drinks and snacks. The baths are on the last floor and there are large windows so that you can soak in hot water after a cold day enjoying the city panorama!

Great location. Clean rooms. Good variety of breakfast items including Hokkaido Ice Cream ! |The Cross Meet Lounge was a great feature although the food became very repetitive as it didn't change. The local produce was much appreciated though both here and at breakfast.|The only negative was that we weren't allowed for the staff to put some danish pasties into a bag for us to take to the airport, as we didn't have time to have the breakfast we had paid for in the hotel. This was due to "Food Hygiene " which I don't understand as a reason.
