The best thing about this hotel is the staff, next will be the simple yet delicious breakfast. The room is spacious but dated but clean. We love the location - just a short walk to Tokyu. We also enjoyed the onsen and ended up showered there for the two nights. It’s not big but still has enough private space for the crowd at those times when we were there. We did not find the hotel easily from Sapporo station. For improvement, we would suggest: 1) provide very detailed instruction for guests travelling with luggage on how to reach the hotel in the easiest stairs-less way 2) provide hanging space for towels. Given the location and if at an attractive price, we would book with Hokke again. Thank you to the staff who made us feel welcome.

If you are looking for good central location, look no further. This is definitely the right hotel that you will require. Firstly, the airport bus drop off point is nearby. Secondly, the hotel is walking distance to Sapporo Station. Thirdly, from the hotel entrance, turn 1 way to Sapporo station while turning the other way will lead you to Odori Park and Sapporo TV Tower. Finally, there are many eateries and cafe nearby the hotel. The hotel staff service are also very good.

-Stayed in June 2025 4 nights -Big room compared & enough space for two plus area to hold our 2 luggages -Great Breakfast every morning. Enough variations to suit your taste. -Onsen was great too. No crowd. -Clean Hotel and friendly staff -Locations the Best! Near to Sapporo Station Walking distance to all convenience stores, restaurants all over, Malls above & Underground shopping like an extensive maze under the city. -Bus stop from and to the airport is just few minutes walk. Great start place to navigate & explore Sapporo and rest of Hokkaido.

Love this place 🥰 I book for 3 nights .Best location near train station, convenient to walk everywhere the one you wanna see in the town , the room very clean , staff very friendly and helpful . When I back to Sapporo . I will stay here again. But in the beginning, had to find a hotel. Because I cannot see the name of the hotel in English. I walked past many times. Then I saw the name. From the umbrella in front of the hotel.😂

Between Sapporo JR station and Odori park. Super convenient. The staff we're really pleasant. My suitcase was knocked over by accident when cleaning, (which was no big deal) the front desk wrote me a formal apology letter. I was shocked! I've never had such good service before. When I return to Sapporo I will stay here again!

The staff were courteous and attentive to my needs. Cleanliness was excellent. The hot public bath was also excellent, clean and well equipped for a good bath and dip. Breakfast offered a good range of tasty Japanese items.

The accommodation was very impressive. The room was spacious, very comfortable to sleep in, and extremely clean. All the facilities and amenities were well provided.🎖️🎉✅The staff were friendly, kind, and very helpful. They assisted us with great care, which made the stay even more pleasant.The breakfast was excellent. It was well organized into convenient portions, making it easy to pick and enjoy. There was a wide variety of choices and the food was very delicious.The kitchen staff also provided very good service. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely come back to stay here again in the future. 🙏😊🥰

This hotel was very convenient being a 5 min walk from the JR Sapporo station. The rooms were great and much bigger than your typical Japanese hotel. The sleep quality was great. I can't say I've ever said this about any place before but the hotel smelled very nice, at least my floor did. I would happily stay here again on a future visit.
