One of the Top Hotels I would recommend in Sapporo. Top class rooms & service. The rooms are very very spacious!!! They have daily tea coffee service in the Guest lounge on the top floor. And also have Draft Beer & Wine as well as non alcoholic beverages along with some dry snacks in the evenings. All unlimited & Free of charge to room guests. Located next to a river, beautiful city and river views!

I had a wonderful stay at Premier Hotel Tsubaki Sapporo during my visit in July. The hotel's central location made exploring Sapporo incredibly convenient, with many popular attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas easily accessible on foot, by taxi, or via public transport. The hotel offers spacious Deluxe and Supreme rooms, which are impressively large by Japanese standards. There was plenty of storage space for luggage, the bedding was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the washroom hygiene was maintained to an excellent standard throughout my stay. The rooms were also well-lit and had excellent air conditioning, making them very comfortable after a full day of sightseeing. A thoughtful convenience was the currency exchange machine located right beside the reception, making it easy to obtain Japanese Yen for local expenses. The hotel also offers breakfast at the restaurant within the premises, providing a convenient start to the day. What truly stood out was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and always attended to every request with a genuine smile. The check-in process was smooth, efficient, and completely hassle-free. Overall, Premier Hotel Tsubaki Sapporo offers an excellent combination of comfort, convenience, cleanliness, and outstanding service. I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Sapporo and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Love our deluxe double room (very big, clean and comfy). Staff were helpful and friendly. The fitness centre is well equipped (although it only has a few free weights). The onsen is spacious with two warm pools, a cold pool and a sauna (wished the fitness center and onsen would open longer than just 6-10am and 3-10:30pm). Location wise - it’s just beside the Toyohira River (for those who may be tempted to go for a jog). There’s a Lawson convenience stall just opposite. It’s also not too far from several popular tourists spots if one is game for a 15-25 minute walk. Otherwise, the public bus stop is just outside the hotel. There is a free shuttle during certain hours to and from Sapporo Station. An airport limousine bus stop is outside the hotel. Definitely value for money. Just take note if you are driving, use the side street (1-chōme-3 Toyohira 4 Jō) to turn into the hotel drop off or car park.

Exceptional hotel with such great facilities in room and in hotel also. Location is fantastic next to a river . Very scenic and beautiful. Just 5-7 mins walk from the main market area and walk is very pleasant too. The staff was SO ELEGANT and courteous in their behaviour, I would definitely stay here again, especially because of them. Breakfast was very good and good of options for vegetarians like me. Everything about this hotel is FAB. Interiors are classical and cleanliness is world class. Rooms are super spacious and luxurious. Don’t think twice just book it.

Amazing hotel. Superb facilities and shuttle bus provided. Comfortable bed and stay Throughout. Highly recommended for those enjoying bigger spacious rooms compared to other alternatives. If I were to come Sapporo again, I would love to stay here again. As returning customer. Thank you!

My wife and I stayed in this hotel for a wedding. Unfortunately, the rooms were warm or hot/hot depending on which room you were in. The AC for the entire building was not turned on because the hotel was in the tail-end of cold weather. But, this should not be an excuse to not turn on the AC earlier than expected especially with the influx of visitors during "Golden-Week". Note: there is no laundry facilities at the hotel. You will need to walk about 5-10 minutes to a local laundromat. Buffet breakfast was good, but they need to change up the main dishes more often. The food choices became very repetitive.

Big spacious rooms that are clean. Pillows were too soft for me. Lots of choice at the breakfast buffet. I particularly loved the Japanese pickles. Not close to transport. We usually walked the 25-30 minutes into the centre of town. No washing machines and laundry service is not cheap.

The room was spacious, which made the stay a lot more comfortable than I expected. I also liked being able to get around easily from Premier Hotel Tsubaki Sapporo, especially with Nijo Market so close by after just a short bus ride and a quick walk. It was a practical base for visiting Sapporo, and I’d happily stay here again.
