We stayed in this property for two nights. The location is excellent, just a 4-minute walk from Susukino metro station and a 7-minute walk to Tanukikoji shopping street. Odori park is also only 15 minutes away on foot. Convenience stores are located on nearly every corner, and the area remains lively at night. The room was spacious enough for three people, and we were pleasantly surprised by the view of the nORIA Ferris wheel.

This hotel is located right in the heart of Sapporo, surrounded by countless shops and restaurants. It is incredibly convenient, though the area stays very lively and bustling throughout the day and night. As expected for such a central location, the room was quite compact. However, it was functional enough to partially open a suitcase, and there was a small table and seating area by the window. A few things to note for future guests: • Amenities: You’ll need to pick up your own toiletries (toothbrush, comb, etc.) from the lobby area. • Parking: If you are driving, there is an additional parking fee of 1,500 JPY per night. The process is a bit specific—you’ll need to check in at the front desk first, and the staff will then direct you to the hotel's back entrance for parking. Overall, it’s a decent stay if you prioritize being in the center of the action!

Stayed 7 nights in this hotel and it was worth it. The room is spacious enough for us with our 2 XL luggage and 2 hand carry luggage which both can open. The location is good also as it is nearby tourist attractions (ramen alley) and transportation which is some can be walkable. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. Many convenient stores and eateries nearby. Got amenities such as laundry washers and dryer on level 1 and vending machine too. You can get your ice as well.

The hotel located in the heart of Sapporo, walking to Nikka Sign only 4-5 mins. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious and had varieties of foods. The staffs were polite and kind. Overall, we really like the hotel.

The bathroom situation was a real mess. Basically, nobody seemed to be checking up on the cleaning or making sure things were tidy in the room. The toilet area? Not very clean. The bath? Definitely not hygienic. And get this – the bed wasn't made, the floor was dirty, and they hadn't even refilled the water bottle! Plus, the "makeup room" sign was still on the door! Seriously, the only thing they actually did was leave some fresh towels on the bed. And the bathroom? Ugh, it smelled super musty and gross. The fan wasn't doing its job at all, so this awful smell just hung in the air. You can totally imagine how bad it was! There was an issue with loud music from a nearby building that persisted until 4am, which was understandably distressing. However, the rest of the days were quiet and peaceful, which was a relief. I appreciated the support provided by the front desk team in handling my luggage transfer and delivery.

We stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights. The customer service was excellent—they always greeted us in the lobby and were very helpful whenever we had questions. The location is convenient, and great value for money.

Well located, in the middle of the city, with lots of cafes, convenience stores and restaurants in 5 minutes, the breakfast was my favorite- lots of choices in a cozy restaurant, the staff speak English. There’s a room where laundry machines, nicotine, water dispenser, ice machines are located. Will definitely come back.

Great location, less than 5mins walk from Exit 5 of Susukino station. Lots of famous and good eateries nearby, Odori station is walking distance too. Hotel room is clean and it has everything we need. Overall a very satisfactory stay
