Club level room is a must. Room is huge. The lounge on 28th floor is awesome. Breakfast buffet is winnas. View from there and our room is sugoi. Staff is friendly and helpful. Just a few tiny issues availability with larger size yukata for the Onsen. Overall one of the best resorts I have experienced over my over 35 years of the incentive tour experience in Hawaii.

Sapporo Prince Hotel I booked this hotel nearly 10 months in advance and managed to get an Early Bird promotion for around THB 2,000 per night (Room Only), which was an excellent value for a hotel of this quality. I ended up staying here for four nights. The Standard Twin Room was reasonably spacious, with enough room to comfortably open large suitcases. The room also included a small dining table and a work desk, making it convenient for both eating and planning the next day's itinerary. My room faced the front of the hotel and offered a nice city view, including a distant view of the Sapporo TV Tower and the surrounding streets, which gave a great Sapporo city atmosphere. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day, and having a FamilyMart located on the ground floor was extremely convenient for late-night snacks and drinks. The hotel also has a public onsen available for an additional fee, although I did not have a chance to try it. One of the highlights was the excellent service from the staff. They were happy to store my luggage for several hours after check-out since I was taking a night bus to another city later that day. The location is also quite convenient, with easy walking access to both Chuokuyakushomae Tram Station and Nishi-Juitchome Subway Station, making it easy to explore Sapporo and travel around the city. Overall, this was a very comfortable stay and an outstanding value for money. If I can find a similar Early Bird rate in the future, I would definitely stay here again.

This is an exceptional hotel! We didn’t have high expectations, and were pleasantly surprised on multiple fronts. The check in and check out were incredibly quick, despite many people standing in line. The staff was efficient and friendly. The hotel gym had several pieces of equipment, yoga mats, and a decent weight set. The breakfast absolutely blew my mind; the selection was expansive and the food was delicious!

Couple traveler, stayed for 6 nights Hotel is located away from the busy Sapporo, Odori, and Susukino stations. Area is quiet and does have some coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Unfortunately, we found that the hotel rooms need a full renovation. Bathroom is very outdated. Bathroom in room 815 smelled sewage in the drain area. We had maintenance clean it but we had to switch room next day as the smell returned. For the bathroom in our second room 1417, the toilet & bidet needs a proper deep clean. For both rooms, the room cleaning was poor as there was dust near windows, fridge, and TV. Carpet in the room looks and feels very dated. It didn't feel clean. There was cigarette smell when running the AC. So, we didn't use it and propped our room door to ventilate. Wifi is very slow every evenings (e.g. sometimes <5Mbps and mornings <15Mbps; wifi was down one morning. The hotel needs a upgrade to the system to handle the wifi traffic from all the guests. Safety deposit box is small (e.g. can not fit a 13 inch laptop). Laundry has separate machines for wash and dry. The machines worked properly but the room is very dated. Fitness room has a daily charge of 2000 yen so did not use. Lobby staff has almost no English skills. They rely on translation tools via their phones which can be slow and cumbersome for the guests. The hotel does have few foreigner staff that can speak English.

The hotel was comfortable and very clean. The staff greeted you at the entrance and were very courteous even though my friends and I were very unruly pulling out jackets from suitcases cause their check in time was 3 pm. The rooms were large and comfortable and they proved you with Pajamas and slippers. There is good enough wifi which is important. And many seats in the lounge. There is a family mart in the premises, You have to pay if you want a late checkout but it is allowed. Breakfast venue is large and open and looks to the outdoors and has many healthy things for breakfast like grilled asparagus and mushrooms and squash and many western options. Coffee is excellent and free flowing. Staff is very courteous.

Room: okay given the age of the building. Room floor plan is circular so if you are allocated to the other end from the lifts, you need to walk half the circle. Didn’t quite mind it since that also means a little quieter (that also depends on neighbour). Food: Excellent. A wide selection of food and local produces. The local milk choice was exceptional. Strategic location: taxi stand outside and its JPY1200-1500 to city center, not bad if you travel in groups. Familymart inside the building, Lawson just opposite the street and across the road there is a 100Yen shop. Carpark. As much as the building is circular, the carpark is also circular. In order to fit a rectangular car, you can imagine that it’s a little unusual layout - expect a marginally tighter spacing between parking space. For only a few of the spaces, you may be backing fairly close to a vent, which you take extra care for. Generally, it is very easy to park and find space.

The room is rather small for 2 persons. It has all the necessary amenities and its near to so many eateries, all within 5-10mins walk. The place is also easily accessible and it has a shuttle bus to the Sapporo station.Staff were very polite. The only downside is that the breakfast menu never changed. For my 5 days there, the breakfast menu is the same everyday. The ramen, scramble eggs and croissant were very good. Overall, its been a pleasant stay.

We stayed at this hotel while attending our JW convention at Premist Dome. The hotel is in a wonderful, convenient location—close to the subway, convenience stores, and great restaurants. While our event staff handled most of the organization, the hotel team was incredibly cooperative and supportive of our group! The rooms were good size and comfortable, their breakfast buffet was fantastic every morning, and the staff truly made us feel right at home. We deeply appreciate their warm hospitality and would love to stay here again for future conventions!
