Good Location: walking 6 minutes from Airport bus stop near Toyoko Inn or Exit 4 of Susukino subway with elevator. Room : nice bed, good space, clean with all- you-need amenities Service: the staff are friendly and welcoming Breakfast: Y2,500 Variety of food and dessert I got a good price and I'm sure to be better again

This hotel was nice and clean and very conveniently located to everything. We stayed here for three nights and it was comfortable. The only thing to note is that since the hotel can get busy, the elevators can be full so if you need to leave at a certain time give yourself some extra time for the elevators.

Room is very spacious with a view of the ferris wheel ! Amenities is awesome and location is great! Just 3 minutes walk from susukino exit 4 and the lift is also located at exit 4, great for checking in and out 👍🏻

Terrible experience with the hotel. I booked a superior triple room. It was clearly specified as 2 single bed + one extra bed. But hotel only give a twin room with 2 beds only. Hotel demanded extra charge of 4400 yen per day as surcharge and insisted it was the room I booked. I regretted to stay in this hotel. No reasonable amenities available. Even poorer than a two star hotel.Greatly disappointed and angry.

Their rooms are larger than APA and acceptable at this price, the toilet was especially spacious and comfortable, and overall very sanitary. The hotel is very close to the station, and is connected to many convenience stores and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Location is very good. To get there, we just took the airport limousine and walked a bit then we’re already at the hotel. Going back to airport is even better, as it is a shorter walk. When you get out of the hotel, you’re right smack in the middle of activities for dining, shopping etc.very near the train station too.

What I like:1. Complimentary shampoo, body wash and face/hand foam smell good2. Free use of sleepwear, changed daily3. Free disposable slippers, toothbrushes4. Room sufficiently heated in winter and can open window a bit if it becomes too hot5. 2 minute walk to Susukino Stn Exit 4; 10 minute walk to airport bus stop (for departure) with 2x waiting for traffic light to change6. Heated toilet bowl and hot shower7. Great price on vending machine items (coke and water are even slightly cheaper than Lawson!)8. Big room by Japan standards9. Discount for hotel clients on cakes sold at kiosk in same building as hotel10. Amenities bar with basic essentialsWhat can be improved:1. Trash bin in toilet too small2. No ice maker on some floors like 10th floor3. Pillow is too flat (good thing there was an extra pillow provided but also flat)4. Ice bucket has no handle5. Towels and sleepwear don't smell bad but they don't smell good or freshly laundered either6. Panasonic hair dryer high setting is too hot7. If sleepwear has a "hook", it can be hanged more securely from the bathroom door8. Free toothbrush to be available in at least 2 colors

Good location and clean room. The only drawback is you need to go past the smoking section before went to the non smoking room. It will be great if they install air purifier in the hallway (between smoking and non smokin section), because the air is reeks of smoke odour from the smoking room.
