*Unbearably Hot Room, Poor Service, and Unacceptable Cleanliness* Despite freezing temperatures outside, the room felt like a tropical rainforest, extremely hot and humid! Setting it to 18°C, turning off the AC, and opening the window made no difference; the hallway was cooler than the room. There was no bathroom ventilation, so after showering, humidity filled the room, making it even worse. We couldn’t sleep and both felt unwell. The hotel said the central system only provides heating and offered just a fan, which didn’t help. *We were even told to open the door for hallway airflow, which was shocking* We had to check out early and find another hotel. On top of that, the bedsheets had stains and hair. Very disappointing experience, especially for a hotel at this price point.

Came here for a conference, my stay was very comfortable. Room was spacious compared to normal hotels. Great location to anywhere. Staffs were friendly and accommodating. There was a small smoking room at ground floor.
