I love this hotel. It saved me from my hostel experience. The place is clean and spacious! They have good breakfast too. Wish they had a cafe though but overall, I loved my stay here and it’s affordable too!

Location is perfect, specially if you get there by limousine bus from New Chitose Airport. Extremely helpful and kind staff. Rooms are small but it is typical for business hotels. It is very clean and has all neccessary stuff. There are tons of restaurants nearby and main Sapporo's highlights can be easily reached by footsteps.

Rooms are clean and nice. No daily housekeeping but can change towels/ clear bin daily. Great service at the front desk. Especially Saito-san, thank you for your assistance!

We stayed at a three person Japanese style room at Tmark City Hotel Odori. Check-in was fast and courteous and we were given a room on the 7th floor. The room was spacious and in Japanese style meaning everything was on ground-level. The beds were enormous and comfy and we could easily do with two beds for the three of us. The room was a bit chilly and but if you read Japanese you could probably operate the A/C.|The shower was a bit odd meaning the showerhead was placed between the tub and the shower stall but we managed. Breakfast was buffet style with mostly Japanese dishes which tasted great. On top of this there were bread and pastries as well as some serials. Check out was very fast as well. The hotel is situated close to Odori Park where we visited the amazing Snow Festival. It is beautiful at night with lightings and shows.|Moreover there is a huge covered food/restaurant/bar arcade 2-3 minutes from the hotel.

Check in after my road trip ended. Greet by a ********* staff, overall is friendly and good. Guide us how to get into station by walking underground!/underroof for faster access. The room is considered spacious in Japan for 3pax family. Bathroom is quite spacious as well. The location is a near to odori but not so near. But considered convenient, surround by convenient stores and restaurant. The nearest 狸小路street is no7, the tip of the famous street.Lack of amenities for drinking water, even the bathroom tap is labelled drinking water.Generally i would recoemmend this hotel.

Great value hotel located perfectly at the Eastern end of the main Sapporo walking mall. Very basic facilities, spacious rooms and we lived up an excellent breakfast buffet deal with booking.com for around US$5 extra.

We had a wonderful honeymoon experience in this hotel. The location is perfect! Only 1 red light away from Tanuki-koji, which makes everything else accessible. The room is clean, comfortable and big enough for 5 luggages... Their breakfast is good but not extraordinary. Meals change everyday and you can enjoy a variety of things. I especially recommend the ice creams (milk, melon and pistachio)!

Room was small but clean.Bed was very comfortable.A bit far to walk from metro station but still walkable. Close to cat alley (section 6) Overall satisfied with our stay..Recommend !
