Crowne Plaza Seattle, an IHG Hotel with No Resort Fee

This was our first time in seattle and we absolutely loved our stay at crowne. We travel quite a bit and we both agreed crowne was the best hotel we've been to so far. The service is friendly, we landed early and got our room right away when we checked in. They were also very accommodating and allowed us to check out late. I appreciate they had a microwave. The room was clean and spacious with a nice view. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The location is close to the pier and walkable. Overall great place and would definitely go back.

We had a great stay at The Crowne Plaza Hotel Seattle Downtown. The hotel Reception staff were welcoming and helpful. The lobby was bright, with plenty of seating, an excellent Concierge service and even a well stocked self service shop. Our room, which had great views over the city, was large bright and super clean. Daily house keeping maintained the room to an excellent standard. We loved the Elevations Restaurant. The food was beautifully presented, hot and tasty. All staff in the restaurant were excellent. The laundry service was efficient. The hotel also organised a transfer for us to the airport. The hotel is within easy walking distant to the pier! Pikes Market and the monorail. It was also a great spot for hotel pick ups for our booked tours. We loved the hotel and all its facilities, it made our time in Seattle so relaxing!

10/10 would stay here again! Amazing location- within walking distance to everything and only a 5 minute walk to the light rail and bus stations. The room was clean, spacious, and everything looked brand new. Beds were super comfy. Shower was perfect! AC is adjustable but gets really cold (thank goodness). AC also has an adjustable fan so you can decide if you want quiet or a fan noise. The longest we had to wait for an elevator was maybe 10 seconds max. Rooms were very quiet! Also- huge closet! The largest I’ve ever seen in a hotel room. Hotel staff checked in multiple times to ensure everything was perfect and to see if we needed anything. Will definitely be staying here again!

Staying at the Crowne Plaza in downtown Seattle has truly been a five-star experience for me. The front desk was very friendly and welcoming and had already gotten my room settled even though I was an early check-in and had put me on the 30th floor. What a great view of the city both during the day and at night! They are kind enough to bring me an amenity that had a birthday card and I thought that was insightful and friendly. I did try the bar and restaurant inside the hotel on the second floor and found the staff to be friendly and service-oriented. I spent the day eating Seafood so I wasn't very hungry so I just enjoyed a couple of cocktails I'm making small talk with other patrons of the bar. I would definitely recommend staying here it's within walking distance of so many things, Pike's market, the Seattle museum of art, and the harbor cruise, as well as a short bike ride over to the Space Needle, Seattle Aquarium, and the Pacific science Center.

Hotel is busy, but efficient. Room was not optimal for rest as it was right next to the housekeeping station and directly across from the elevators, but the noise was not disruptive, thankfully. Room was comfortable, clean and well designed. Restaurant was understaffed but servers were doing their best to keep up. Seafood Louie Salad was excellent and creme brulee with added berries delicious. Good location right off freeway and easy walk to downtown attractions.

Beautiful view of the city nice clean area. We actually were confused on the parking. Nevertheless we found parking staff Mr Eric very helpful friendly and put us at easy. I must say Entire staff was very impressed friendly and attentive and were able to help with any questions about places to visit. I must say whenever I am away from home sleep is still important. The Bed was FANTASTIC. Breakfast Wow you must include that whenever you book your stay. Breakfast bar was Amazing. My husband doesn’t go for breakfast but this stay breakfast but once he experience this bar it was amazing. Waiter Hugo great every morning.

I had to book a room last minute in Seattle and nabbed this hotel. Because the rates were so low, I assumed it was a Super 8 or Motel 6 level place, but it’s actually much nicer. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, and views are amazing. HOWEVER, you get what you pay for. Cleaning is not great, I laid Kleenex over places in the bathroom that had dirt running down the crease, but still gross. The food is absolutely terrible and the service even worse. 1/10 stars on eating here. Additionally, the internet was having some issues, which was a pain Over all, if you’re traveling on a budget, you’re going to be pleasantly surprised at this hotel. However, if you’re expecting something nicer, remember what you paid ;-)

I had a lovely stay at this four-star hotel in the USA. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a beautiful city view that was especially impressive at sunset and after dark. The modern furnishings and thoughtful amenities made the room feel welcoming and relaxing. Overall, it was a pleasant hotel experience and a great option for travelers who appreciate comfort, style, and a nice city view.
