We had a wonderful stay! The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, even offering us a glass of wine during happy hour when we arrived. Everyone treated us so nicely and made us feel right at home. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant, and the restaurant staff was just as friendly and attentive. The bed was very comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. The only things that would have made our stay even better were a white noise machine and convenient charging ports in the room. Overall, a lovely experience with outstanding hospitality. We would happily stay here again!

This hotel is definitely worth what we paid for it since we are Chase Sapphire members and had other credits for this particular hotel. We paid roughly 60% of going rate. The good: Excellent location Safe in room worked flawlessly There is a tablet on the nightstand that you can use to play music in the room Free included breakfast had many options. Food was very good and staff there was attentive and knowledgeable The bad: Coffee in the lobby had lids that didn’t fit. Someone’s idea of saving money by not pairing exact fitting lids has backfired. Combine this with an elevator that requires you to put your key card on the device to accept floor input had me on the floor literally so I could put down my coffees and put the card on the device with a free hand. Elevator was slow and small Barn door in bathroom provided zero privacy. Heat control in the room was difficult to set. Street noise would be nice to drown out with a constant running fan which we couldn’t get to function. Housekeeping had to be reminded to service room. They claimed our DND was hanging on the door and it wasn’t. All in all, decent hotel. Saved by its location.

Great location! Great decor! Really accommodating & friendly staff. Our Room was spacious & clean. Only thing that caught me off guard was hearing our upstairs neighbor walking around at times. Otherwise, we were walking distance to just about everything we wanted to do. Pike Market (Waterfront) was a couple blocks away. Karoo Lounge was a good stop for an Expresso Martini. Lola restaurant was a great breakfast experience (no waiting in line to get in!) Assaggio was a really good authentic Italian spot for dinner! Would definitely stay here again!

In town for a concert and this was available through Chase Edit. Great location! Our show was at Climate Pledge, so not right next door, but we walked back after the concert. Classy lobby. Pennyroyal bar had good drinks and food, was a great place to use up our $100 Chase Edit credit. Delicious sliders! A couple things were a bit disappointing: The breakfast was fine but service was lacking. Very slow and not particularly warm and friendly. They seemed overwhelmed although it was not seriously busy. Reservations were strongly recommended for breakfast, which seemed unusual for a hotel. The room was fairly nice. I am not sure if we got upgraded, which is supposed to happen with Chase Edit. The welcome amenity was rather poor, a granola bar and sparkling water. There was also a fairly loud, distracting whooshing sound coming from the HVAC. Much more than just the normal noise. We got a text a few minutes after arrival asking if everything was ok. I replied "there's a loud whooshing sound, any chance that can be looked at?" and never got any response. Last nitpick, it seemed like only one elevator was operating so there was often a long (we're talking more than 5 minutes) wait. The other elevator didn't have an out of order sign or anything but we just never once saw it working. Other guests were commenting on the same thing. We were on the 3rd floor so just took the stairs. Overall, this worked perfectly for our 2 night stay. Amazing location, comfortable bed. Staff generally nice enough. Would stay here again despite it falling short in a few minor areas.

We found the room to be very comfortable and spacious. The bedding and pillows were top-notch. The shower temperature and pressure was excellent. We really enjoyed the scent of the shampoo, body wash, and body soap. There wasn't a convenient outlet plug by both sides of the bed but luckily we had a longer wire to reach the other side. The location of the hotel is convenient to pike place market within a 5 minute walk and it's a 10 minute walk from the train station. The theme of the hotel is very speak-easy and low lighting but the room itself was lit. We were on the 7th floor and didn't hear any outside noise so it was very well insulated. We appreciated the nook in the room to allow working on a laptop and the convenient outlet plug for charging. Some of the amenities like nail polish remover weren't viable as it was already dried up. Some of the breakfast items weren't available which was disappointing. The classic French toast was really good but they missed the mark on the poached egg on a biscuit as it was very watery but the potatoes were excellent. The orange juice and grapefruit juice weren't good either. The bar food later in the afternoon were surprisingly delightful with the curated menu. We would skip the oysters next time but order the sweet potato and the endive salad again.

The location of perfect of you're going to walk down to Pier 66 the next morning to board a cruise ship. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is dog friendly. It's close to the Public Fresh Market which is a destination you must visit. For lunch, I recommend the Tower 12 Café across the street. It's like a grocery store, convenience store, liquor store, and fresh made to order hot deli sandwiches in a small corner. It too is dog friendly which a huge selection of dog treats. We will definitely stay there again.

The location is great, mat Pike Place Market but a little removed from the crowds and business of that area. The hotel was clean with very friendly and helpful staff members. The room we were in was a good size and it facing away from the street so we found it to be very quiet. I agree with other reviews that the rooms could have more storage space and hanging hooks in the bathroom. This is probably the third time we have stayed at the Kimpton Palladian. We think it is a good deal for the area. We plan to return again soon.

All staff was extremely welcoming from the front desk and cleaning staff to the restaurant staff. The rooms were spotless and the beds were really comfortable. The happy hour complimentary glass of wine was needed after travel.
