Staying at Grand Walkerhill Seoul felt elegant without being overdone. I liked the simple, spacious feel of the room, and the counter area was especially handy for getting a little work done while having coffee. The shower was another highlight, with excellent water pressure that made it easy to relax after a long day.

I typically stay at Vista Walkerhill when I want to have a retreat at Walkhill. This time, I booked the mountain facing room at Great Walkerhill, it is really memorable. Check in is easy and smooth, The hotel has lots of facilities like gym, convenience store, indoor pool, etc I really enjoyed my stay there

Overall, my stay was below expectations. The room felt very small overall. It was not just slightly compact—rather, almost everything, including the bed, bathrobe, and bathtub, seemed to be designed for someone around 150–160 cm in height. For an average adult, this made the entire space quite uncomfortable. In particular, the bathtub was only suitable for a partial soak, and the shower area also felt cramped. The most problematic part was the bed. There was no prior information about its size, and in reality, it felt closer to a single bed. It was very uncomfortable for two people, and the mattress lacked stability—whenever two people lay down, it would shift easily, making it difficult to get proper rest. As for positives, the ability to open the window, along with the presence of a humidifier, air purifier, and water purifier, was appreciated. However, beyond that, the overall experience did not justify the price. The facilities were also disappointing. The sauna requires an additional fee per entry, even on a daily basis, and basic amenities such as a toothbrush and razor were not provided. Even in the room, toothbrushes were only available for purchase. In addition, the size of both the pool and sauna is extremely small compared to the number of rooms. It felt as though these facilities were designed more for annual members rather than hotel guests. When both hotel guests and members overlap, it becomes nearly impossible to use them due to overcrowding. Despite staying on a weekday, there was no flexibility offered—no early check-in, late check-out, or room upgrade. Breakfast also had several issues. Although there appeared to be plenty of available seating, we were assigned to a cramped table near the entrance. When we asked about seating further inside, we were told it was “too crowded,” but in reality, there was sufficient space. This response was difficult to understand. Additionally, there was no fresh-pressed juice available, and even basic ingredients like tomatoes were unavailable when ordering an omelet. Another point worth mentioning is that while there are many dining options within the property, the pricing feels comparable to Dubai. Considering the overall experience, it raises the question of whether this is truly a place meant for relaxation. Overall, while the pricing is at a Dubai-level, the actual facilities and overall experience felt closer to a 3–4 star property. The gap between price and quality was significant. Also, at checkout, an alarm went off in the room exactly at 11 AM, which was quite surprising and uncomfortable, especially while we were preparing to leave. To be honest, I felt more comfortable at home, and I do not plan to return.

Very disappointing. The pool from the pictures belongs to the hotel next to it and it’s additionally paid. No space to work enjoying panoramic view, basically you can sit in a room or basement (indoor pool gym casino). Far from city so not many food competition. And the bathroom with old curtains was like 1 star grandma’s place not 5 star hotel.

It is my favorite hotel in Seoul, I literally come back every year. Their service is usually amazing but this year they were a bit overwhelmed and I didn't appreciate all the interactions as usual. This time I'll give them a 3 for service hoping it is only a summer cloud

The hotel is good for holiday and not business. Considering the level, i remain disappointed by the bathroom of the room: small , poor materials, Bathtub with curtain that makes a shower a bad experience.Breakfast great: take shower in the morning that go to cheer up for breakfast!

All of the lounge staff was great, they welcomed additional guest of ours, very attentive and knew us well.|There was a staff for breakfast, I believe his name was Myoung Jung, he said he goes by Joe. He was exceptional. My husband really appreciated his services. |The concierge staff went out of the way helped us in our excursion and helped choose restaurant for my family gathering at the last min each day. The view of 360 degree was breathtaking. Definitely we will return for our next visit to Seoul.
