Tripadvisor· a month agoMy partner and I had an incredible stay at Hotel Naru Seoul MGallery Collection! From the moment we checked in, the service from every member of the room and facility staff was top-notch, attentive, and genuinely warm. Our room offered an extremely perfect view of the city, which made waking up each morning feel special. We were also so impressed by the soundproofing; despite being right by busy roads, we couldn't hear any car noises at all, allowing us to get the most peaceful rest. Breakfast was another highlight, featuring a wonderfull spread of fresh dishes that fueled our sightseeing. Everything about this property went above and beyond, and we cannot wait to come back!

Trip.com· 4 months agoI had a wonderful stay. My room had a great river view and the bed was very comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfect to explore different city areas by metro. The croissants in the cafe is sooo good. I would definitely book the hotel again.

Tripadvisor· a month agoWe enjoyed our stay at Hotel Naru. The hotel is modern and we were able to get rooms on the same floor. We decided to get daily breakfast when we checked in and the wide selection was nice. Since this is our first time in Seoul, it's really nice to rest in our rooms after walking around during the day. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom setup is similar to Japanese style. Staff are nice and helpful. Room service was interesting for us since it's a bit different but more individual items instead of menu sets.

Google· 4 months agoLoved our stay at Hotel Naru. No wonder it is rated one of the best in Seoul. Check in was very smooth. Receptionist Joy at the 20th floor reception was excellent at explaining all you need to know. Being a platinum Accor member also helps. Location is great if you want to be a bit away from the very centre but still in a modern district, with buses and metro nb 5 nearby. We loved the views from our room over the city and the river. Good choice if you want to go for a run over the bridge or by the river Han. Breakfast spread was great. Cocktail bar Voisin also very good. We were upgraded to a bigger room with floor to ceiling windows. Bedding very soft. Great, spacious bathroom. Good design. It did beat our expectations.

Google· 4 months agoStayed at the hotel for 3 nights. Very clean and comfortable. The room has everything you would need for your stay. The flip-flops are incredibly comfortable. Wished I had purchased a pair. All the public areas are kept clean. The amenities like the indoor pool and infinity pool are fabulous. The views are totally amazing from the high floors. Had a slightly issue with our room. It was immediately addressed without any fuss. The hotel is conveniently located to shops and restaurant. The subway is a few minutes walk away which allows you easy access to the city. It is on the same line as Gimpo Airport which is great. The staff are also very welcoming. Overall, highly impressed with the hotel and definitely stay again.

Tripadvisor· 2 months agoReturning to Hotel Naru Seoul – MGallery felt like coming back to a place that had become special to us. This was our second stay, and the welcome was incredibly thoughtful. We were given a wonderful upgrade of several room categories, from the most basic room we had originally booked to a beautiful room on the 15th floor with the same breathtaking Han River view. The room is slightly more compact than our previous one, but we found it exceptionally cozy and beautifully designed. What touched us most, however, was the attention to detail. From the moment we checked in, the team had clearly prepared something special for our return. We were given a beautiful Naru tote bag, and inside we discovered a generous skincare and body-care set from su:m37°. As someone who pays close attention to cosmetic ingredients and genuinely enjoys good skincare, I was especially impressed. I had already tried the hotel’s shampoo and conditioner during our stay and was honestly surprised by how much my hair loved them. The quality of the products is exceptional and, in my experience, stands out even among the other luxury hotels we have stayed at in Seoul. The most touching detail was that the team remembered our family and prepared special gifts for our children as well — two colorful personalized luggage tags with their names. It was such a simple but incredibly thoughtful gesture, and it made us feel genuinely remembered rather than simply recognized as returning guests. We were also welcomed with fresh fruit, sweets and a bottle of wine, together with a handwritten note from the team. Every detail felt personal and sincere. This is exactly what makes hospitality memorable: not only the room, the view or the facilities, but the feeling that people have taken the time to know you and to make your return meaningful. A very special thank you to Layla and the entire Hotel Naru Seoul team for making our return even more memorable than we had hoped. We are very grateful and will happily carry these memories with us long after leaving Seoul. Hotel Naru Seoul – MGallery has once again reminded us why we love returning.

Google· 3 months agoI would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Hotel Naru, especially to the Concierge Team, and in particular, Angie. Angie was incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to help us. She provided clear directions, helped us make restaurant reservations, and even arranged taxis whenever we needed one. No matter what we asked, she always found the best solution and assisted us with a warm smile. I would also like to thank the Housekeeping Team for their excellent service. Our room was always kept spotless, clean, and comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. On the morning of our departure, we had to leave for the airport very early before the hotel restaurant had opened. Despite this, the Front Office and Concierge Team kindly helped us order pizzas so that we could have breakfast before heading to the airport. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and we truly appreciated their care and attention. They also made sure our luggage was brought downstairs promptly and on time, making our early departure smooth and stress-free. The service we received from every department was truly exceptional and exceeded all of our expectations. Everyone made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for throughout our stay. Their dedication, kindness, and attention to detail made a significant difference to our experience. Thank you, Hotel Naru, for making our trip to Korea so enjoyable and memorable. Your outstanding hospitality made us feel at home, and we will always remember the wonderful service we received. We look forward to staying with you again on our next visit to Korea.

Google· 8 months agoA Poetic Riverside Retreat at Hotel Naru Seoul – MGallery Collection Staying at Hotel Naru Seoul – MGallery Collection felt like experiencing Seoul at a gentler pace. Set along the Han River in Mapo, this sustainably built hotel blends contemporary design, nature inspired storytelling, and a sense of calm that feels increasingly rare in the city. I stayed in the Premier River Suite, located on the hotel’s highest floors, and it shaped the entire experience. From both the bedroom and living room, uninterrupted views of the Han River stretched endlessly, changing with the light throughout the day. The suite’s layout felt expansive yet soothing, with a separate living area, comfortable seating, and a design language that echoed the hotel’s overall restraint and elegance. Public spaces continued this narrative. The 20th floor lobby revealed a poetic panorama of the softly glowing river and Bamseom, especially striking after sunset. The infinity pool opened directly toward the skyline and water, while the indoor pool offered a quieter, more restorative alternative for slower moments. Dining at Restaurant Voisin added warmth to the stay. Meaning “neighbor,” the restaurant presents modern French cuisine that feels approachable and refined, using local ingredients and thoughtful technique. Breakfast here, paired with serene river views, felt unhurried and grounding. With Mapo Station just a short walk away, the hotel is well connected to both Gangbuk and Gangnam, yet it feels removed from the city’s intensity. Hotel Naru Seoul – MGallery Collection is a place where design, nature, and stillness coexist beautifully.
