Location is sort of at the edge of the busy Myeongdong area, so it's pretty lively and lots of things to do as soon as you step out. Rooms are a decent size and clean. However.. be wary that the room temperature is set at 27 celcius, and feels quite hot when you want to sleep. They ask you to open the windows (but it will be kind of noisy because it is busy outside) and to get a fan to supplement.

The room and location are good. But the attitude of the female staff at 3/F front desk was super poor. She refused to answer customer's enquiry and she rolled her eyes up to show her impatience. The price is not cheap at all. I don't expect the staff will have this quality.

The front desk manager’s attitude was honestly terrible. Your cleaner accidentally spilled dirty rubbish water — including eggshells — all over our luggage. It was only our second day here and our clothes were completely ruined. We couldn’t even wear them anymore. We went to the counter simply to ask for a solution. One of the girls at the counter was fine, but the male service manager acted like we were the ones causing trouble for no reason. Yes, he eventually agreed to cover the laundry fee, but the way he looked at us and talked to us was basically accusing us of trying to scam the hotel. Seriously? Do you think we’re that desperate to cheat for a laundry fee? The next day, when we went down to claim the reimbursement, he waited until my brother and sister went upstairs and then came over to me alone to say all kinds of nonsense. He even said things like “hope there’s no next time,” and claimed that the cleaning lady “didn’t spill anything,” basically suggesting that we poured the dirty water ourselves. Then he said the cleaning staff are now “afraid” to clean our room. Let me make this clear: We came here to travel and enjoy our trip — not to scam your hotel for a few dollars. No one wants this kind of thing to happen. I get that you want to protect your staff, but that does NOT give you the right to doubt us or treat us like we’re lying. This whole experience was extremely disappointing and totally not up to basic service standards.

it's very convenient but repetitive breakfast. Even though I chose a room with a window, it was blocked by the neighboring building, leaving only a small gap for airflow and cannot adjust air conditioner , sometimes too hot and sweaty

🛍️Perfect location for shopping lovers. The hotel is in a prime spot in Myeongdong, with Olive Young conveniently located on the first floor — a dream location for shoppers. 🌯There are CU convenience stores and plenty of street food nearby, making it easy to find food and daily essentials at any time. 🧼The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. 🏨The hotel also offers lockers for rental if needed, and on both check-in and check-out days, you can leave your luggage at the lobby. ❤️Overall, a great choice for anyone who wants to stay in the heart of Myeongdong

Just beside exit 6 of the metro station. But go by exit 3 as there's an escalator there. It's easier to go up with your luggages. Room ok. Just that it's carpeted. So little old. Over all they clean up your room everyday. Very convenient location. Just directly above the Olive Young store. Reception at level 3

Spectacular location for reasonable prices, get a room with a window. Rooms are small but well appointed for travelers' needs. Thermostat is centrally controlled so at least the windows will give you some control. Cafeteria here is all looks and no flavor. Clean facilities and responsive staff. Also, can check in earlier for nominal fee which is great if you have luggage. Also offers on site laundry and storage lockers.

Very disappointing experience. Not recommended! Although the location of this hotel is great, I would strongly advise others not to stay here. The fire alarm went off two days in a row, and the staff handled it extremely poorly. The first time was around midnight, and everyone on our floor had to rush out through the emergency stairs. When we got to the front desk, the staff casually said “It’s nothing” and brushed us off with no proper explanation or apology. Then today in the afternoon, when I was finally trying to rest in my room, the alarm went off again out of nowhere. I grabbed my bag and ran out in my pajamas, only to be told again by the front desk that they would “check” what happened. This was honestly a terrible and stressful experience. The management clearly doesn’t take guest safety seriously. I will never stay here again.
