Beautiful Views, Wonderful Staff, but a Sleepless Nightmare! Hotel Vincci La Rábida has a fantastic location, within walking distance of Seville’s main attractions. The charming Andalusian courtyards and spectacular rooftop terrace overlooking the cathedral are wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed drinks and dinner there. The staff were equally lovely, welcoming, professional and genuinely helpful when we raised concerns about our room. However, DO NOT BOOK ROOM 123! We paid almost €600 per night for a duplex suite accommodating three people. Instead, we found ourselves in what felt like a dungeon: a ground-floor room surrounded by high walls, with virtually no natural daylight. Even the ceiling lights required two maintenance visits. Worse still, the plumbing noise from six floors above was unbearable. Every shower and toilet flush sounded as though water was rushing through our room. Constant mechanical humming made sleep practically impossible. We woke up exhausted, with headaches, and spent much of the following day listening to my friend’s husband complain about his sleepless night. Not exactly the Seville experience we had imagined! On a positive note, the bed linen and towels were clean, although the room itself smelled dusty and needed a thorough deep clean. Breakfast was basic, with dreadful scrambled eggs. Fresh omelettes were available, but apparently a well-kept secret, we discovered them entirely by accident! Bathroom amenities were adequate, although three guests somehow received only two drinking glasses, and bottled water was provided only on the first night. Value for money? Absolutely not. A suite should offer comfort, privacy and relaxation, not darkness, constant noise and sleepless nights. Would I return to Seville? Absolutely! Would I stay at this hotel again? No. Would I visit its beautiful rooftop bar? Possibly. A spectacular view can make an evening memorable, but a sleepless night can ruin an entire holiday. At almost €600 per night, a good night’s sleep should be the bare minimum.

Good hotel room. Very big hotel many floors and different buildings. Was confusing in the beginning. Lobby is beautiful and the service is really good.

This is a wonderful hotel with a special touch. Within easy walking distance to all the sights in seville.Beautiful, clean hotel. Expansive breakfast buffet, staff welcoming and efficient . They will accommodate any requests, advise and book trips, sightseeing and taxis. Beautiful interior and rooms. We booked a room with a balcony, I would recommend. We were on the 4th floor so had a wonderful view of the cathedral, however, we were underneath the rooftop bar and could often hear the heavy stools being moved, although this was not too bad. Room was well furnished and clean, we had a mini bar and option of room service. There is a comfortable seating area in reception lounge and a beautiful courtyard for breakfast. We didn't eat in the restaurant but we did have drinks in the bar with beautiful views of seville. I would 100 percent recommend this hotel

Beautiful hotel but roomd as usual designed by a man I think. Great bathroom but no full length mirror in bedroom( a must for women). Alll hairdrying, straightening, make up etc had to be done in bathroom , limiting use from 2nd person. Wardrobe taken up by drawers so very small hanging space. Breakfast looked good but limited hot offer and pastries very basic.. Roof top bar / restaurant lovely but staff unsble to cope with a busy night. Staff generally lovely .

Beautiful hotel, great rooms lovely warm welcome from Alejandro, and we had a beautiful room with a balcony overlooking a gorgeous courtyard. Unfortunately the noise from the rooftop restaurant and bar echoed down through the central courtyard until the last person left the bar and began again around 7:30 as breakfast service started, so beware these rooms offer limited peace. The breakfast was an expensive frustration. The volumes of most things did not suite the number of covers so every morning it was the same story more milk please, more yogurt, butter, coffee, granola fruit etc etc etc. A very hard working and friendly team were unnecessarily constantly having to replenishing most things. Overall, a great hotel and location, but the frustrations made it an extremely expensive hotel for the overall experience.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel and would happily stay here again. The building is beautiful, with a peaceful inner courtyard where you can enjoy breakfast each morning, or you can choose to eat in the air-conditioned dining room if you prefer. There is also a stylish and comfortable lounge, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The staff were warm, friendly, and always happy to help with recommendations and advice about what to see and do in Seville. On my last day, they kindly looked after my luggage after I had checked out, which made a huge difference. I was able to enjoy a few more hours wandering around beautiful Seville without having to carry my bags. The location is excellent, just behind the Plaza de Toros and only a short walk from the stunning Seville Cathedral and the Alcázar. Everything I wanted to visit was within easy walking distance. Breakfast was delicious, with a lovely selection of Spanish foods that gave me a real taste of the local cuisine. My room was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and full of character. This hotel made my visit to Seville even more special. From the beautiful surroundings and delicious food to the genuine hospitality, it gave me a real feel for Spanish culture. I left with wonderful memories and would highly recommend it.

From the warm welcome to the service throughout our stay, it was all excellent. The hotel is full of sophisticated charm and reminiscent of a stay in Morocco with its moorish style. A beautiful stylish bedroom with our very own balcony overlooking the inner courtyard was delightful. The star of this hotel is also the rooftop restaurant and bar. A lovely spot to spend the evening. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and it's situated very close to the main city attractions.

I have spent here a week with my wife in May. When we arrived it was very busy, probably because of a weekend event. So we got a room that was available, extremely loud, especially in the evening. We have made a complaint and the next day we got a room in another building of the hotel. This room was extremely quiet and, besides, at the lobby downstairs we had every afternoon a buffett snack with cheese/ham, sweets and beer/wine. Breakfast was excellent and varied, pleasant atmosphere and the servants and cook took very good care of my wife as she has many food allergies and intolerancies. The restaurant on the upper terrace has a superb view onto the Seville cathedral and the menu was delicious, as well as the service. Here also the cook and servants were very creful with my wife`s needs in order to cook so that everything was perfect for her health - and delicious! She one time forgot to tell about one allergy and they changed themselves the dish for her! Many kudos for all those working in the kitchen and for Elena (a compatriate of ours who is hard working there) who helped us a lot in every situation. All the staff from receptgion, restautant and cleaning were very freindly and professional. We will return here for sure on our next visit to this beautiful city of Seville.
