This is the second stay at a Atour hotel. Great stay for a family of 5. This is located right beside the expressway. Nearest metro train station is around 10 minutes walking distance. Location wise it is near to the bund and North bund with car, within 10 minutes driving distance without traffic. Room is clean, comfy, and well lighted. Services and amenities provided are top notch. Laundry is free but require minimal self service. Gym is available for keeping fit. Breakfast is awesome and has sufficient varieties. Only have 1 lift serving the whole building so peak hour may need to wait a bit but not a big issue. Staff service is polite, responsive, and helpful. Enjoyed the 3 night stays here.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Atour Hotel was hands down the best hotel we stayed at during our entire 5-week Asia trip. The room was incredibly cozy, and the bed was so comfortable that we actually purchased their comforter and pillows to take home with us! The service was outstanding—warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Breakfast was delicious with great variety, and as a wonderful bonus, they even helped us with our laundry free of charge, which was truly appreciated. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. Highly recommended, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Everything here is absolutely outstanding. Without a doubt, I will choose ATOUR again whenever I return to China. The level of service exceeded all our expectations — the staff are impeccably trained, highly professional, yet genuinely warm and attentive.What truly sets ATOUR apart is how advanced and high-tech the hotel is. They even have intelligent robots that deliver our 外卖 (food delivery) directly to the hotel room, which was both impressive and incredibly convenient. Among all the hotels we have stayed in, ATOUR has by far the most sophisticated and well-designed machines and facilities.On top of that, the service goes above and beyond — the staff even helped us fold our clothes, a level of care rarely seen elsewhere. Clean spacious room. It was near shopping centre for easy food options. Near to PVG as well with no jam to airport. Staff was attentive and friendly. Will stay again if in that area for large room

Great hotel excellent for families. Breakfast had a lot of options.. The only downfall for this hotel was there one elevator and a little slow. Staff were amazing. I was making sure you had a drink of tea when you’re in the lobby.. My only downfall with most hotels in China is that there’s a strong smell of cigarette smoke. I think sneaky smoke in the rooms..

The location is very good and near with malls, restaurant and metro station. Reception (婷婷） is very friendly and helpful. I got upgrade room and extra breakfast. Hotel has also laundry room.
