We stayed here because I wanted to visit Disneyland and be close to the airport for our last day in Shanghai. The hotel met our expectations. It was very clean, modern, and well-maintained.The complimentary tea and filter coffee in the room were a particularly nice touch. The shuttle service to Disneyland was convenient and made getting there easy. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay.Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would happily stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at Orange Crystal Hotel near Shanghai Pudong Airport. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The free shuttle to the airport was fast and convenient, making my early flight stress-free. Perfect for transit travelers. Highly recommend

This hotel is right next to ramona hotel but both are a short taxi ride from arrivals at Pudong. We couldn’t find our airport shuttle due to the disconnect between uk and Chinese numbers and ended up getting scammed by one of the official taxi rank drivers who took us to the hotel. The manager was very apologetic and gave us a couple of small tokens to apologise, also helping us complain about the taxi driver to airport officials. the room was comfortable, amazing facilities and shower and breakfast was delicious. This is my second time at a crystal orange hotel in Shanghai and I highly recommend it

Stayed one night for international transfer. This hotel has airport Pickup and drop services。 you’ll need to call the hotel ahead of time for picking up from airport. But for drop off, they have money schedules in a day.. for night night picking up you have to go to the front desk to make arrangement. The hotel has free breakfast. The room is very clean. Amenity in the room was great as well on this trip. The first real my check has Lopez mail. I don’t like I mentioned to the front desk, cause they immediately changed it upgrade my room for free.. air-conditioning in the room is very comfortable. The drips automatically open and close room service and front desk service is the best. I would stay here again.

Perfect place to stay if you have a long layover. The hotel provides complimentary shuttle service to and from Pudong airport every hour. The room is new and big. We were given free room upgrade and free breakfast for two. We always have good experience staying with Crystal Orange hotel. Thumbs up for their excellent service.

I stayed at other Crystal hotel in North Sichuan Road Shanghai for 4 nights and Crystal Xihu hotel Hangzhou for 3 nights and satisfied. So i expected the same for this hotel. But i am totally disappointed although this one is newer than the other two previous hotels. They give me the bedroom behind the boiler room so when i open window, it blows dry and hot air to my bedroom. The aircon is using ac central system so it is not on during my stay as it is still considered winter. But my room feels so hot i cant even breathe there is no moving air at all even after they lend me a portable ac filled with ice. So i cannot sleep the whole night and sweating a lot. The hallway and lobby are even cooler than my room. It is very terrible too i asked for smoke free room, but it smells cigarettes so badly coming from the ventilation in bathroom. Can you imagine i am sleeping the whole night with a little kid with hot and no air circulation and smell cigarettes so badly??I complain to the front desk and they just apologize.No use of that after my stay.

We left our phone on the shuttle and the staff ensured to personally deliver it to us. They are very patient and showed excellent service! The room was clean and spacious too, with nearby eateries.

The room appears to be equipped with a lot of modern technology, but it lacks a basic amenity—air conditioning. The temperature was extremely high (around 30°C), making it difficult to sleep and requiring us to request assistance. The staff were kind and provided a water fan as a temporary solution, but it was quite loud and not very effective. Unfortunately, due to this issue, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.
