Standing in the Huaqiang North Business Center, this 36-floor tower rises over the busiest part of Futian District. Shenzhen Huaqiang Holdings Limited invested in, built and now runs the property as a high-end business hotel. All 266 guest rooms measure at least 45 square meters, leaving plenty of space, and the floor-to-ceiling windows open onto wide city views. From the French window, the whole sweep of the metropolis spreads out before you. The hotel houses Chinese and Western restaurants, a lobby bar with a relaxed atmosphere, fitness centers and conference rooms, and free high-speed wireless internet reaches both public spaces and guest rooms.

Directly across the street stands Huaqiang North Electronic Market, the largest specialized electronics market in China, and Huaqiang North Metro Station, served by Metro Lines 1, 2, 3 and 7, is close by. Huaxin Station is also within walking distance. Three underground levels provide 1,500 parking spaces. The drive to Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center, Futian Port, Luohu Port and Luohu Railway Station takes about 10 minutes; Shenzhen North Railway Station is roughly 20 minutes away, Shenzhen Bay Port and Shenzhen Hi-Tech Park about 25, and Shenzhen Airport 35. On foot from the hotel you can reach Huaqiang Electronic World, 9 Square, Century Place, MIXC and a number of well-known restaurants and bars. Shenzhen Central Park is an 11-minute walk away, and Lizhi Park a 21-minute one. For business trips, recreation, shopping or conferences, the location makes a strong first choice.

Excellent service at this hotel! Most of the front desk spoke English. The check-in was amazing. We were 2 hrs early and just wanted to ask if we could store our luggage somewhere. They did offer that service free of charge, but instead, they checked to see if our room was ready. It was not, but they found us another room anyway (at a higher floor no less, which is a mini-upgrade)! They told us about free snack offered from 9pm to 11pm, which was delivered by their robot on wheels (super cute). The room was nice and clean. It was on the older side but all I care about is cleanliness. They had a roomy smoking balcony on the 31st floor (the rooms start on the 27th floor if I'm not mistaken), which made it convenient for smokers. We were offered late checkout without asking or extra charge, which really helped us. We also got to store our luggage for free after check-out (they allow it for guests for up to 2 days!!)The hotel is located right next to metro station (literally right next to it) and right in the center of digital paradise (plazas and stores selling all and any digital item/gadgets at ridiculous prices) . There is also a shopping centre with 9 floors that is on top of the metro (I believe every metro in Shenzhen has a shopping centre was of sort). I will for sure go back to get more gadgets and I will for sure book this hotel.

My wife and I stayed in a Queen Room for five days on floor 29. Very spacious, clean and well appointed room with a great view of the skyline. Night view was spectacular. Breakfasts were good, some Asian and some western along with some pastries and fruits etc. View from restaurant was also impressive. There is a laundry on floor 31, washers and dryers are free and the hotel also supplies washing liquids. The laundry is very popular so get in early. Room was cleaned very well daily and all staff were very polite and welcoming. One staff member provided us with a clothing drying rack for our room which was great and well appreciated. Nice touch. |There is a small Lawson store located within 100m for some evening beers and snacks. The location is the best feature, close to major shops and the subway is literally 50m away. Great close by shopping for tech and computers etc. Also some easy eats at the basement level of subway (floor -1) . I have no hesitation with recommending this hotel and will stay here again when we next visit Shenzhen. One last thing, the hotel lobby is on floor 23 so just be aware. |SUGGESTIONS: 1) Maybe consider to have the laundry washing machines have some English translation on them or the wall as the translator function on our phones was not very accurate and we weren't sure how to operate the machines properly. This seemed to be a common problem with other guests too. |2) A small folder in the room with some basic info about the hotel and the services offered and also what is located nearby such as the small grocery store and some easy to get food after a long trip.

Excellent Service and Very Warm Hospitality I booked my room on September 24 and arrived at the hotel for check-in at around 2:00 AM on September 25. From the moment I arrived, the staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and responsive. A special thank you to Lisa, Staff No. 4280, who helped me throughout the check-in process and was always very attentive during my stay. I stayed for three nights, and every morning Lisa kindly prepared a small gift for me. These thoughtful little gifts were very memorable and made my stay feel truly special. The hotel also kindly provided me with a late check-out, which was extremely helpful because I was traveling with my one-year-old baby. They also prepared a baby cot/crib for us, which made our stay much more comfortable. I really appreciate the excellent service and personal attention from the hotel staff, especially Lisa. It is not only the facilities that made my stay enjoyable, but also the genuine hospitality and kindness of the staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shenzhen, and I would be happy to stay here again on my next visit. Thank you very much, especially to Lisa (Staff No. 4280), for making our stay so memorable!

What a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—within walking distance of the IT mall and the train station, making it easy to get around the city. The hotel feels luxurious from the moment you step in. Everything is spotlessly clean, and our room was incredibly spacious with a spectacular view. It was one of the most comfortable hotel rooms we’ve stayed in. The little details really made a difference. I loved that charging cables were thoughtfully provided by the bedside, which was such a convenient touch. Our room rate also included breakfast, afternoon tea, and supper, which was excellent value. The highlight was having supper delivered by a cute robot—it definitely brought a smile to our faces! The self-service laundry facilities on the 31st floor were another bonus, especially for longer stays. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Exceptional service, thoughtful amenities, great value, and an excellent location. Thank you for a wonderful stay—we will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city!

Heart of Shenzhen's Tech District! I had an absolute, 5-star experience staying at Huaqiang Plaza Hotel! The rooms are exceptionally clean, spacious, and very comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a long day in the city. The staff members were remarkably polite, professional, and always eager to assist with a warm smile. One of the biggest highlights is its incredible location. It is situated right next to the massive, world-famous electronic markets and directly on top of the metro station, making transportation around Shenzhen ridiculously easy. The surrounding area is vibrant and full of energy, especially at night with fantastic food and lively street scenes. If I return to Shenzhen, this hotel will undoubtedly be my first and only choice. Highly recommended to everyone, especially business travelers and tech enthusiasts!

Very luxurious rooms. Excellent service at the front desk. Best blackout curtains I've experienced. Very comfortable bed. Great buffet breakfast. But the buffet afternoon tea is not worth it (unless it's included in your room). Free washer and dryer use!!!! Some Chinese travellers ignore no smoking rules though so we unfortunately got some cigarette smoke enter our room at one point. Would probabaly be able to avoid it if booking a western hotel. But for the price, this level of luxury is hard to beat. Location is perfect for if you're interested in just the electronics market.

It was a wonderful experience. Linda was very friendly and even knew the birthday of the woman in my room and prepared a cake for her. Thank you so much!🙏 The room was clean and tidy, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel’s location is very close to Huaqiang North, making it convenient for travel. The area downstairs is also nice to explore. I would definitely recommend this place to friends!
