Staying at this hotel is becoming a lovely tradition for me – this is my second visit. This time, I came with a friend and we booked a twin room on the sixth floor, which had a stunning sea view. Breakfast was included and served as a buffet, with a huge selection and everything was delicious. There’s both an indoor and outdoor pool, and every half hour a little shuttle bus takes guests to a private beach where you can swim. Daily housekeeping kept everything spotless, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Overall, it’s clean, modern, and I’m fairly sure I’ll be back again.

Location & Rooms Spacious and Convenient: The rooms are generously sized, and the hotel's proximity to the MTR makes getting around incredibly easy. Great Neighborhood: There are plenty of small restaurants and convenience stores right around the corner.Breakfast nice but Crowded: The breakfast is good, but the venue gets packed very quickly. You will need to arrive early to secure an indoor table; otherwise, you might be seated outside.Indoor & Outdoor Pools Disappointing Experience: The pools are relatively small and get very crowded, making it nearly impossible to lie down and relax.Strict Enforcement: The environment is far from relaxing, as staff constantly blow whistles at guests who do not follow the strict rules.Tips: You can prepay for your breakfast one day in advance to receive a 15% discount and buy your own swimming cap at the small shops nearby which is way cheaper in hotel.

Good 15 mins walk from tube station and Dameisha beach park. Access corridor to hotel rooms is very hot with no air-conditioning. View to ocean is a bit limited. Both indoor and outdoor pools. Outdoor pool not much of a view. Great staff. Great breakfast. Double wash basins in bedroom very helpful.

Room 1901 the best corner hotel with a lovely view of the lake and sea. Spacious and plenty of room for our son to run and play. We also made a volcano in the spacious bathtub. Breakfast was nice and dinner options were great. Really fantastic location. The staff were very welcoming. We would definitely stay at Kingkey Palace again.

The hotel has a very convenient location, very close to Dameisha Beach, and also offers a shuttle bus every 30 minutes to access Intercontinental's private beach, which is very pleasant and suitable for swimming. It has showers and various activity options (jet ski, kayak, catamaran, etc.). The location is also great for those who want to visit the Dameisha Outlet stores, with several restaurants nearby. The hotel service is excellent; we ordered room service, and the delivery was quick, and the food was very good. The room ww stayed in was very beautiful, clean, quiet, with a nice sea view. The breakfast was quite diverse. Only the fruits were not. In winter, we only have access to the indoor pool, which is also pleasant, with depths between 1.4 and 1.7 meters. Overall, we had a great experience.

We recently stayed at this hotel and were delighted to get an upgrade for 2nights from a regular twin room to a family room. The hotel reception with special mention to Kellen Cai, was exceptional, and he was very prompt to request for the shuttle bus service to pick us up from the beach back to the hotel. Overall we were happy with the cleanliness of the room, and the location is next to many food options and outlet shopping.

The hotel is located close to a sea and shopping area. It’s quite big but still quiet, we haven’t heard any disturbing noise from outside. We specially liked the restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast is tasty and very various. The only thing was a bit so so it’s amenities, room and bathroom looks a bit empty and minimalistic. Dressing gowns look old and even a bit grey as if they were washed hundreds of times. I think the place is good for business trips. Decor is minimalistic, a bit cold and not very cozy. But again we had all we needed.
