Great location with big room size. What’s most impressive was the butler service. Service team sent a welcome email about a week before my arrival and provided a brochure for hotel amenities. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by Levi, and Maddy and they made sure that my requests and needs were well attended to. Qian and others in the team were extremely helpful. Dylan from the bar was friendly, entertaining and a great singer! Overall, service was on point and impressive!

After check-in, assistance was always readily available. Every minor need was carefully attended to with gentle manners and outstanding professionalism. All questions were answered patiently, and matters were resolved efficiently. The thoughtful service never felt intrusive yet covered every detail perfectly.|It was this considerate, attentive service that made my trip relaxing and reassuring, fully demonstrating your hotel’s premium service standards. We organised a week long trip to both Guangzhou and Shenzhen for our mother’s 80th birthday at both Rosewood Hotel (Guangzhou) and Raffles (Shenzhen).|Both establishments were notified of the purpose of our stay without much details given other than requesting a room on a high floor level. We arrived just after 1pm at Raffles after Guangzhou and were pleased that our room was already ready for us as we were expecting the normal 3pm check-in as standard policy for the hotel. The hotel had prepared the room with balloons and hand-written card for our arrival (without any request from our side) much to our surprise and our mother was visibly delighted. The Butler Team also delighted our mother with an in-room hand-mixed mocktail (which I assumed was the standard welcome drink for all guests) and a small birthday cake after our afternoon excursion. As a Chinese family, whether intentional or not on the part of the hotel, we were also appreciative that we were assigned a room with a view of Nanshan [ Southern Mountain] (寿比南山 - longevity higher than Nanshan) and lucky room number (3922). Both of which were considered lucky for a birthday celebration. Turndown service was also provided. The Butler team also met our various needs and restaurant reservation requests with enthusiasm. Raffles’ Butler Service is more attentive and considerate than that of The Rosewood Guangzhou. They are proactive with service level comparable to our other stays at LVMH’s Cheval Blanc in Europe and a few Aman resorts in SEA. It is representative of one of the best premier hospitality services China has to offer. Nonetheless, other than a few mishaps of unforced errors with their restaurant service at SkyCafe (which the butler team was quick to acknowledge and intended to address ASAP with their F&B team), it was still a memorable stay marking the end of this celebratory trip. A shoutout to Maddy, Echo and Camilla from Butler Service Team for their professional service making it memorable for our mother. We look forward to returning the Raffles in the near future.

2 very good friends and I visited The Sky Restaurant for the Buffet last night.|It was 'OUTSTANDING' ! Firstly the view (at dusk) was stunning , secondly the food was incredible and thirdly the service was outstanding ! In particular the lovely waitress ,IRIS, looked after so , so well ! From a selection of fresh oysters (the less salty were best) , 2 types of Jamon (Iberico) (the Spanish was best) and an incredible Buffet. Not only that , there was an additional Menu with some superb 'taster' foods including an amazing scallop dish & a Wagyu beef offering ! The free flow bubbly & Pinot Noir was a perfect addition !|I would highly recommend this experience and at least 1 of us will return soon. Don't have lunch the day you visit - save yourselves for a great experience. There was so much choice we couldn't manage all our eyes wanted.

We had an absolutely spectacular experience at Raffles Shenzhen. The hotel is truly exceptional. The location is perfect, the rooms are stunning, and every detail reflects the elegance and excellence that define the Raffles brand. What made our stay even more memorable, however, was the incredible team. Every morning at breakfast, we were welcomed with genuine kindness and warmth. Those moments made our trip even more special. A very special thank you to Crystal. The care, attention, and affection she showed to my family—especially to my son—were simply extraordinary. She made us feel at home from the very first day, and her kindness will always be one of our favorite memories from Shenzhen. Thank you, Crystal, and thank you to the entire Raffles Shenzhen team for making our stay so unforgettable. We are already looking forward to coming back.

A true reflection on what Raffles can actually do. Perfect at every turn. Amazing staff, helpful and welcoming especially Emma, Jimmy and Crystal not only knowledgeable with their food and beverage experiences but they also helped us in communication because we don’t speak Chinese. The rest of the staff were amazing and made us feel comfortable and at home. We can’t thank you all enough. The hotel itself was beyond perfect and excellent at every point. Immaculate in every way. We were blown away by just how good it was. See you next year in January for a repeat experience.

Raffles Shenzhen is a beautiful and modern hotel that is unfortunately marred by service issues. Starting with the positives: - the rooms are beautiful, clean, and spacious - the hotel is modern and well decorated - the location is pretty good and if you're coming from Hong Kong this is a positive - the gym facilities are excellent and includes weights and squat rack - the food options and restaurants are quite good in my opinion However, the negatives are not insignificant: - we had asked for connecting rooms when booking; when we arrived we inquired about this and the receptionist said they would arrange this for us. We waited for at least 30 mins at the lobby and when we finally got one of our rooms we found out that it was not a connecting room at all. We followed up on this and they said that they didn't have any that were available. This was maddening and confusing - what were we waiting for then? - there are far too few receptionists; it was common to see people lining up to check in and check out - when checking out, I wanted to ensure I was billed correctly so I asked for the receipt. The receptionists seemingly wanted to encourage me to wait for an email which I did not find professional. It's better to address billing issues in person. - contacting the hotel by email is tricky - they respond with qq emails which seems entirely not professional at all I don't think I will come back as there are other hotels to try I'm Shenzhen despite how good the hardware here is.

A beautiful and opulent hotel, immaculately presented and the staff are then Best of the best. Can’t thank Emma (your a superstar helping us book attractions etc), jimmy (the man that knows everyone), Crystal (warm and genuinely helpful with all Our needs) and Warren (see you in Singapore my friend) for all their help, advice and hospitality. Every part of our stay was amazing.
