Hotel staff are very helpful and quick to assist in our requests. Clean and nice room. The kids enjoyed the breakfast buffet. So many options and surprisingly quite good. This is truly worth the stay.

The room was clean and spacious, with a full-length window offering great views. I was on the 14th floor. The staff was friendly and spoke good English, both check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. Room service delivered orders promptly. The location is very convenient: a large shopping mall is nearby, the metro station is just a couple of minutes’ walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants in the area. Convenience stores such as 7-Eleven are also right around the corner. I would recommend this hotel.

A decent hotel with very sweet staff. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The hotel design is quite strange and old fashioned but nothing wrong with that! The breakfast is good: a standard Chinese buffet breakfast. No decaf coffee available of course. We paid extra for club lounge access but it was shut which was a shame and meant it felt like a pretty poor deal. If we had gotten a standard room it would have been great value for money. The location has plenty of restaurants nearby and it’s close to the Luohu border with Hong Kong, although not really walking distance. A taxi from the border was ¥10.

Highly recommended for a comfortable stayThe hotel offers a very reasonable price for such a prime location. I was impressed by the cleanliness and tidiness of the room. The service was standout; the staff kindly prepared a baby cot for us at no extra cost. Very helpful and accommodating team.

Elegant old lady with big room size that fits a big TV, writing table n pipe-in music wall control. USB cables available for loan in drawers and both bed side equip with charging points and lighting switches that can be controlled to ambiences liking. Dongmen pedestrian street is short straight distance and nearby is the KingGlory plaza, connected to(Guomao Station exit B). Eateries outlets, supermarket with lots of variety cooked food take-away. Crowded with locals during weekday. Must visit.

Hotel is nice but could do with a little update. Water pressure was low so took a while to run the bath. Sockets were troublesome sad the plug would not stay in. Other than that, the hotel is goo

Clean and tidy. I requested for a little decoration for my daughter who is celebrating her birthday and they did hang some balloons and a “生日快乐” light was on the table when we entered. That was really thoughtful and I appreciate it a lot.I requested for a late check out and was given until 2pm which was really nice.The location of the hotel is very close to restaurants and spas and the Kingsglory shopping mall.It’s conveniently located near the Guomao station and only a 10 minute walk to Dongmen 💕We enjoyed our stay here! Thank you to all the staff 💕

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Luohu, just a five-minute walk from two subway lines, making it easy to get around the city.The rooms are decently sized and come with standard, well-appointed amenities. They were kept clean, bright, and very comfortable. The bed is really comfortable and a duvet can be requested from housekeeping. I was particularly impressed with the HSKP service; it was both efficient and attentive, truly enhancing the stay.The hotel features a gym and pool, which are part of a fully commercial facility operated in conjunction with a fitness chain. While it was popular among both hotel guests and members, the equipment was sufficient and the experience was seamless.Service throughout the hotel was excellent. The front desk staff were welcoming, proactive, and always ready to help. Furthermore, the hotel maintains a dedicated parcel reception service for deliveries, which was incredibly helpful.
