We had a pleasant stay at Angkor Paradise Hotel. There were a couple of minor hiccups at the beginning, but these issues were handled quickly and professionally. A special mention to the manager, Pan, who was incredibly helpful and genuinely committed to making our stay better. His attentiveness really stood out. Overall, the hospitality from all the staff went above and beyond, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The location made it extremely easy to walk to the night market and city area. We would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for the level of care and service provided.

The best location in center of town. The rooms so big and comfy. Hotel environment fully equipped especially nice swimming pool. For the hotel service is best, all staffs are very friendly and take care us every time we need.

Pleasant Stay with Excellent ServiceHad a pleasant stay at Angkor Paradise Hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. Service was truly top-notch, and they were always ready to assist whenever needed. The room amenities were complete, and the air conditioning worked very well, which was especially appreciated after spending time outdoors in Siem Reap.The hotel itself is well-maintained, although some of the furniture and fittings are showing their age. During my stay, I experienced an issue where I got locked inside the bathroom due to a faulty door lock. Fortunately, the staff responded quickly and came to help immediately, turning a potentially stressful situation into a manageable one.Overall, despite the hotel being a little dated in some areas, the excellent service and attentive staff made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would consider staying here again when visiting Siem Reap.

We stayed here for 3 nights. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms are spacious and clean, the location of the hotel is perfect for city exploring and the service of hotel staff was good. 2 minor things could be improved. We had some laundry and a tshirt came back with alot of dirty streaks. But after remarking on it they washed it again and it was clean after. Secondly, on the day of our departure we had to leave the hotel at 6:30 am. Luckily the breakfast is served from 6:00 am. However, half of the breakfast buffet was empty and up to 6:30 am, including asking twice for fruit, they didn't manage to complete the buffet.

This review is long over due. I was a guest here in may 2026. I had a fantastic stay. The Management went out of there way to take care of a personal issue for me. I really appreciate that. I highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Cambodia.

Dated and poorly maintained. |Staff are not very friendly. |We had booked for a week and left after one night for another hotel. |First stayed here 10 years ago and thought we'd book something familiar for our latest trip, it seems in all those years nothing has been updated or maintained. |Very disappointed.

Safe shelter in the city - with good gym facilities and beautiful big swimming pool. The breakfast was delicious, variaty of Western and Asian food and lot of fresh fruit. |We extended our stay twice and no one wanted to leave this facility. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and the whole venue is clean. Last but not least, very friendly and approachable Staff - our needs were fulfilled! I do recommand this hotel and wish to stay there again. Close to facilities ( laundry, restaurants, supermarket) but not in the city center which was a plus for us.
