I stayed in the suite with two friends in late May 2026 and we absolutely loved it. The location is perfect and walkable but there were always taxis and tuk tuks outside if you plan on going farther. We arranged an airport pick up through the hotel upon arrival and that was helpful. The staff were incredibly accommodating and polite. From warm welcomes each time we left our room from the front desk, to helping us plan local excursions and providing pool side drinks it was all perfect. I think this is how the royals must feel. The property is lush and perfect, you feel like you’re in a jungle. Everywhere you look is a new picturesque view. The pool view is my favorite! Don’t skip on breakfast. It was a great way to start the day. The pork and rice dish and smoothie bowl were my favorites. We cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Angkor Village Hotel was the perfect place to relax and use as a base for exploring the magical world of Siem Reap and the temples. Staying here truly feels like being in the jungle — surrounded by lush greenery while still being peaceful, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The food was excellent throughout my stay, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing after long days of exploring. What made the experience even better was the incredible staff. Hao, Linh, and Oussa were especially welcoming, friendly, and made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. A special mention to the mascots, Shayla and Oscar, who added so much charm and helped create such a warm and friendly environment. If you’re looking for a place that feels peaceful, immersive, and authentic while visiting Angkor, I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful hotel. Staff was very friendly. They forgot we booked two rooms when we arrived but 10 mins later the issue was resolved. Welcome drink and hospitality was nice especially after a full say of traveling. The food was really good the one night we had dinner there. The bed is a bit firm. I didn’t mind but my friend did. Beautiful views from the room. No tv in the rooms tho lol I personally like to fall asleep to a little tv but truly no big deal. The gym however, was the definition of basic. Very minimal equipment but it’s better than nothing.

I am very late to writing this review, but I just wanted to share my love for this hotel. I went last April, and for two months I communicated with Mithuna regarding tour plans, and she was just the best at responded. And upon arriving, OMG! It was a literal paradise in the middle of the city. I thought I was staying in a floating garden. Every person working was amazing. I even added a night because of how wonderful my room was. And then the tours! My guide was Sophal for three full days, and he was just amazing! So much knowledge, and I never felt rushed. And our driver album was just as great. The hotel location is perfect, so close to so many bars and restaurants. I’m going back in two months and can’t wait to see it all again in the wet season. ❤️

The reception staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, with always a big smile! The hotel atmosphere was calm and tranquil and one felt like one was in the middle of nature, so it was easy to relax and forget about one’s normal busy life back home in a big city. We always looked forward to the leisurely breakfast eating a variety of food while gazing at the big pond. The breakfast staff were very kind too and helped one start one’s day in a happy mood. The tour guide the hotel arranged was also excellent and was a great story teller. All in all a wonderful stay!

I had a wonderful stay at the Angkor Village Hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Hao at the front desk. The room was lovely, and the property is like a garden oasis, especially at night. Although my visit was during the rainy season, I enjoyed perfect (if warm) weather for a visit to the temples. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Angkor Wat. We were extremely comfortable and relaxed the entire time. We took advantage of room service and laundry and both were high quality. We had fantastic massages as well. The property is beautiful, and the staff is amazing. Everyone was very attentive, kind, and welcoming. Extra bonus were our cat friends that we made on the property :) (Baby Charlie is pictured)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding stay at Angkor Village Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Siem Reap. The hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful, with lush tropical landscaping, a stunning pool, and a peaceful atmosphere that makes you feel like you've escaped into a private oasis. The entire property is exceptionally well maintained, and it is obvious that great care is taken to keep everything in top condition. My room was spacious, comfortable, spotless, and beautifully appointed. Housekeeping did a fantastic job throughout my stay, and every part of the hotel felt clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully cared for. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. The level of service was exceptional from the moment I arrived. Every staff member was friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to making my stay enjoyable. They anticipated needs before I had to ask and consistently went above and beyond to provide outstanding hospitality. Their warmth and attention to detail made me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay. The location is also excellent. It is close enough to Pub Street, restaurants, markets, and the main attractions of Siem Reap to be convenient, yet far enough away to remain quiet, relaxing, and peaceful. Angkor Village Hotel provided the perfect combination of comfort, service, atmosphere, and location. I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next visit to Cambodia.
