Thank you Capella for an amazing stay. From check in to check out, service was impeccable. Really received VIP service and staff all went the extra mile to make our stay memorable. I would go as far as to say that this was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. From welcome drinks and check in from the comfort of lounge chair, to complimentary drink, water and ice cold face towels at the pool side. Everything was a pleasant surprise. Shout out to CJ at the poolside. You are a star. They provide complimentary nonya kueh in the room upon check in and the most attentive turn down service I have ever had. Thank you Koka from housekeeping for being so kind and helpful. She gave us a clothes drying rack for our swimsuits, put floormat and bathroom slippers next to our bed, brought us an ice bucket and changed all our towels without us even asking. Breakfast was first class and staff very attentive. Car valet service during check in and check out amazing. Thank you M Ezaz Ismail for your excellent service. Fantastic experience. Thank you Capella.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at around the world. Staff were helpful, observant, and very well mannered. Rooms are stunning, food and drinks are delicious. Beautiful architecture and the landscape, and amazing walk to the beach. We appreciated the daily delights put in our rooms. Teeny improvements can be made on confirming customers' genders when writing greeting cards, making sure on customer's egg preferences, and culturists' local knowledge. Will definitely come back. 🙌

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Service is on a par with the finest service-oriented chains (like Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton). Staff are very helpful, not intrusive, they make everything easy and let you enjoy however long you have. Both restaurants were great, with Fiamma also serving the buffet breakfast. Breakfast isn't quite up there with Ritz Carlton but decent quality and selection nonetheless. Had Sunday dim sum lunch, very good with some unique menu options. Bob's bar is also a great place for an evening cocktail and the pineapple room is good for later evening cocktails, pool table, and a more laid back evening vibe. The rooms are amazing (we had an ocean view on a high floor), faultless fixtures, fittings, and facilities in general. The only disappointments on this staycation weekend were when we ventured out to other hotels/ bars around Sentosa for meals and drinks. Next time will just stay within Capella! Also a much easier trip (simple cab journey) vs. Indonesia or JB options, with more timing flexibility and more of the weekend spent relaxing!

This hotel in Singapore is an excellent choice for families traveling with children. It is conveniently located near Universal Studios Singapore, yet compared with many of the other hotels in the area, it feels much more comfortable, peaceful, and relaxing. The overall atmosphere is wonderful, and both the facilities and service are truly exceptional. What impressed me the most was how responsive and attentive the staff were through the in-room messaging service. Whenever we had a question or request, they always replied promptly and did their best to assist us. One experience in particular made our stay especially memorable. By the time we returned from the Night Safari, most of the shops around Sentosa were already closed. My child was tired and really craving a warm bowl of chicken noodle soup. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find anything like that on the available room service menu at that hour, so I sent a message to the hotel staff to ask if there was anything they could do. To my surprise, they kindly offered to prepare a bowl of chicken noodle soup especially for my child. When we arrived back at the hotel, a hot and comforting bowl of noodles was ready for us to enjoy. It may sound like a small gesture, but these thoughtful details are exactly what set this hotel apart from others. Their willingness to go the extra mile for a guest—especially for a child—made us feel genuinely cared for. From the facilities to the service, everything exceeded our expectations. It was a wonderful experience for our family, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore with children. We would be very happy to stay here again.

Did a short staycation at Capella. Everything was so amazing. The moment we stepped into the property, we were greeted by the warm reception. The Villa was truly beautiful. Well equipped with the necessary amenities. The service was prompt and we were always greeted with smiles. We can sense that many of them work with pride and passion, which is rare to see. 5 star property with 6 star team.

My stay at Capella Sentosa was truly exceptional, not only because of the breathtaking surroundings, beautiful design, and peaceful atmosphere, but because of the incredible people who made my experience so meaningful.|A luxury resort is not only defined by its architecture or amenities, but by the people who bring warmth, care, and genuine connection to every guest interaction. The team at Capella Sentosa truly embodied the meaning of heartfelt hospitality.|Trang from the pool team. From the moment I met her, her cheerful personality, warmth, and genuine care made me feel instantly comfortable. She was approachable and friendly, making me feel more like a friend than a guest. Manish from Fiamma . His attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine friendliness made every dining experience wonderful. Ellen, the hostess at Fiamma, whose wonderful sense of humor and caring personality brought extra warmth to my dining experiences. Her positive energy and thoughtful interactions made every visit feel welcoming and special. Canny, who consistently checked in with me to ensure I had everything I needed. Her kindness and attentiveness created a feeling of being at home away from home. The wonderful Spa team — Kimberly and Grace. Kimberly, professional with genuine hospitality. She created a wonderful first impression and made me feel comfortable and cared for from the very beginning.|Grace was truly one of the best therapists I have ever experienced. Her expertise, care, and attention to every detail made the treatment incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. Capella Sentosa is undoubtedly a beautiful resort, but what makes it truly extraordinary is the people behind the experience. Trang, Manish, Ellen, Canny, Kimberly, Grace, and the entire team demonstrated that true luxury is not only about elegance — it is about making guests feel recognised, cared for, and genuinely at home.|Thank you for creating such beautiful memories during my stay. It was a lovely experience staying at Capella Singapore. I stayed here for six nights and every moment felt truly special. From the moment we arrived, the service was incredibly attentive and thoughtful. The staff paid close attention to details and made us feel genuinely welcomed and well cared for throughout our entire stay. My favourite place in the hotel was Fiamma, where we enjoyed breakfast every morning. The atmosphere was warm and relaxing, and it quickly became a highlight of our day. I would particularly like to acknowledge Stephen Keh and the wonderful team of waiters and waitresses at Fiamma. Their service was exceptional, and the food they prepared and served was consistently of a very high quality. They made us feel noticed, valued, and genuinely cared for. Overall, this stay felt very personal and memorable. Thanks to the dedication of the staff and the beautiful environment of the hotel. I would definitely love to return in the future if I have the opportunity. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay in Singapore. ✨

I love the personalized service from Capella. The staffs are very friendly and they made my stay filled with smiles. The room is very clean and equipped with everything I need. The most important item was a pair of kid slipper for my little kiddo. It was the personal thought that makes the whole stay enjoyable. I love the food served in restaurants, Perfect taste and portion. Activities planned at Capella are fun too! Great for family time! Overall, my family and I enjoyed every bit at Capella. Love to return again!
