I was pleasantly surprised by the tranquility of the hotel & the room ours, a deluxe king room, it was located directly opposite the Lau Pa Sat hawker centre, very quiet, no interuption even during morning traffic. As we retired early, from a full days travel, we were expecting some noise from the bustling frenzy of the closed street section at least. Quiet from all directions. The overall atmosphere is very pleasing, rooms are art deco and thoughtfully designed (toilet is separately located from main area) the rooftop bar is well appointed with a wide range of delicious beverages, i personally liked the Margaritas. The refreshing pool area is "unique" as you frolic under the view of one of the main financial districts of Singapore. I do like the environmentally responsible option to forego daily housekeeping, saving precious water & resources. To have some room left in the fridge for guests items, would be considerate. I only found four or five items from Singapore, sorry a Singapore sling made in Italy is not why I visit your beautiful city. We found all the staff to be welcoming & helpful. Bed & bedding was comfortable, everything was neat, tidy and in working order, i would recommend staying here to anyone.

Recently spent 5 nights at QT Singapore with my family and LOVED the stay. I was impressed arriving into the lobby filled with beautiful orchids and high ceilings, and the artwork around the building was mesmerising. Even better was being next door to Singapore's most iconic food market (which I could see, including Satay Street, from my window without any noise). My children loved the rooftop pool, and I enjoyed the vibe with some oysters when I wasn't eating local food downstairs. The hotel restaurant was good and a very reasonably priced option if you tell them you're coming the night before. The bar downstairs was also buzzing and nice for a drink. Aside from food, it was easy walking distance to the famous Merlion fountain and the Marina Bay Sands. Easy to get punlic transport too. Highly recommend QT Singapore to other travellers, including those with kids.

As others have shared it’s the QT staff that makes staying here an absolute pleasure! Our fabulous concierge Ronnie could not do enough for us, he always had perfect suggestions for dining or sightseeing. Mary Ann and the front desk ladies sorted though every minor issue with warmth, efficiency and charm. While Ben the maître d totally worked with our dining requests and preferences. See Cain at the cygnet bar for special cocktails, he’s the best! This staff became like Family to us. Of course the hotel itself is fun and bright, a wonderful location directly leading onto Satay alley’s vibrance and Lau Pa Sat food markets. You can view all the market atmosphere from the cygnet bar. Beds were comfortable and the rooms well appointed. But honestly stay here for the pampering of the amazing staff! Ps don’t miss the Sunday $1 oysters and happy hour martinis !!

We recently stayed at the QT Hotel! Such a beautiful hotel, decorated to highest standard.Everywhere you look there’s so much colour, textures, beautiful prints to admire! A stunning pool & bar area that makes having a cocktail a beautiful experience. It’s a very unique hotel and very pleasing to the eye!Old world charm mixed with bursts of modern design. But what importantly makes this hotel extra special is the amazing staff. I can’t thank the staff of QT enough. My husband and I had a beautiful stay for 6 nights! Such a memorable experience that will never forget. The service has been 5 Star all the way.Our room was serviced daily with fresh towels and kept fresh & clean.Special mention of the cafe manager Augustine.Such a well mannered lovely guy,so attentive and excellent customer-service everytime. The coffee’s made by Barista Roy were delicious,he know’s how to make great coffee!! The Front Office staff Ronnie,Hasif,Azhar and everyone else were so lovely and very welcoming.Always happy to help with very helpful idea’s on where to go for holiday gifts & place's to visit.I was admiring this candle holder that is in our room and around the hotel to buy it.The front office staff organised the candle holder to be waiting for me on my return from a day out. I was very impressed by that. Thank you to all the staff of the QT Hotel! Yes it is a beautiful hotel but having outstanding customer service brings it to the next level of exceptional!! You all should be proud of yourselves on your amazing customer service. My husband and I can’t wait to come back to the QT for another wonderful stay & will be highly recommending this hotel to our family & friends. See you guys hopefully later in the year! I recently stayed at QT Singapore with my 5 month old baby for 8 nights in May 2026. Could not fault the hotel or its staff. Everyone I interacted with, from doormen, reception, cleaners and dining went above and beyond to help make my stay easier. Everyone was so helpful when I had questions or navigating with the pram and very accommodating to my (happy) screaming baby. Location was excellent, multiple MRT lines within walking distance (within a couple of blocks) to the hotel. The hotel also is right next to a food centre which was very convenient. Room was clean and spacious. Shower was perfect. Aircon worked well and was adjustable to our preference. Lighting and curtains were controlled through an iPad which was a novelty. Pool was a good size and nice and cool after the heat of the day. Plenty of lounges to relax nearby. When we return to Singapore in the future, I can’t imagine I’d book anywhere else to stay but QT.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at QT Singapore. I stayed for 2 nights in Feb 2026, and although it was a short stay, I was amazed by the friendly staff, gorgeous room, and incredible rooftop pool. I wish I could have stayed longer. The front desk staff were super helpful and answered all my questions. My flight out was delayed, and I was able to extend my checkout time with ease, and when I did have to checkout, one of the staff (sorry, I forgot his name) assisted me by communicating with my Grab driver to arrange a spot for pickup when the street that their driveway is on, was closed off due to Lau Pa Sat/Satay Street. Speaking of Lau Pa Sat, the famous night market is located literally across the street, making it a super convenient location to try out local treats and meals! The onsite bar & restaurant were also superb. I enjoyed a couple of cocktails after a long day of adventuring through the city at Cygnet Bar, which were refreshing and tasty. And for breakfast, their eggs benedict was delicious! Should I ever find myself back in Singapore in the future (which I definitely plan on), I will undoubtedly book at QT Singapore again. Thank you for the great stay!

Singapore has so many great accommodation options and you can definitely count the QT among the top choices. Staff across the board were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The place has a fun design aesthetic and the rooms (at least the one we had) are fabulous. The gym is a little tight but the pool, and adjacent bar, are a haven. Value for money, from a room and facilities to cost ratio are exceptional.

QT Singapore sets the benchmark for what a hotel experience should be. From the moment you arrive, it’s clear this isn’t just accommodation, it’s a carefully curated experience where every detail has been considered and executed to a genuinely high standard. The location is spot on, right in the heart of the city, making it effortless to move between meetings, restaurants and everything Singapore has to offer. The interiors strike that perfect balance between bold design and refined luxury. It feels considered rather than overdone, and importantly, it still functions as a comfortable and practical space to unwind. What truly sets QT Singapore apart, though, is the service. It’s polished without being stiff, attentive without hovering. The team clearly understands hospitality at a level that goes beyond process and into genuine care. A standout mention goes to Kye at Cygnett Bar, who consistently went above and beyond throughout my stay. Whether it was remembering preferences, creating a welcoming atmosphere after long days, or simply being someone you looked forward to seeing in the evening, Kye delivered exceptional service. What really sealed it was returning to Singapore briefly without staying at the hotel and still being welcomed back like a regular. That level of recognition and warmth is rare, and it says a lot about both Kye and the culture of the venue. QT Singapore isn’t just good, it’s the pinnacle of service and experience in its category. Easily a 10/10, and a place I’ll return to without hesitation.
