Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay with us. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your visit, and I appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. I am sorry to hear that our front desk staff did not provide you with a thorough explanation of our hotel facilities upon check-in. This is certainly not reflective of the high standards we strive to maintain. I will ensure that this matter is addressed with our team to improve our guest orientation process. Additionally, I regret that our doormen did not assist you with your luggage and that their service fell short of expectations. We take pride in offering attentive service, and it is disappointing to learn that this was not your experience. I will speak with our staff about reinforcing the importance of proactive assistance and hospitality. Regarding your concerns about soundproofing, I understand how disruptive noise can be during a stay. Your feedback is invaluable as we continuously work on improving our accommodations for all guests. We are pleased to know that you appreciated our hotel's location; however, we recognize there is much more we need to enhance in order to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests.
