A very good and centralyl located in the middle of Sorrento, walking distance to everywhere bars, resutrants, shops and sea front and harbour. The Hotel has a Openness about it ,the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and functional, sheets and towel changes daily. The Internet is mainly good depending on the position of the rooms. The breakfast has a good choices of cold and hot food even though it's the same every day. There is outside garden which is not used, there is roof top swimming pool with bar and resturant serving food. But unfortunatly closes at 1830 daily. One wonders why? There is resturant there but we did not use it.

This hotel is incredible! Me and my husband recently spent a week here on our honeymoon and this hotel was perfect! It is close to the train station and by using the back entrance it is a short walk to the main square, shops and restaurants. Our hotel room was very nice too, clean and we had a good view of the mountains from our balcony. The food and drinks from the bars and restaurant areas were outstanding too with lots of options and affordable. The rooftop pool was also an excellent addition to the hotel, even though it was during August there were always sun beds available throughout the day and the pool was lovely too, not too cold but also great for cooling down. Honestly we had the best time, the staff were wonderful and nice to us. If we come back to Sorrento in the future (which we plan to) we will definitely book this hotel again.

The hotel is a mixture of old (1970s) and new currently being updated. There seems to be a tier system of rooms and we were in the bottom class no tea and coffee facilities in the lower rooms. The rooms were clean and tidy and the cleaning team were fantastic. The bar upstairs offers a limited menu which is not of good quality, the bar staff on our visit seemed to have an atmosphere about them which was evident to the customers. If you are travelling with a toddler then the cost to rent a cot from the hotel is around €20 a night which we felt was very steep. The pool is good and the roof top terrace is pleasant. One negative is the pool area does not have any form of shelter from the sun which would be a consideration to take. And if some cover could be provided on the view to Vesuvius side so you could admire the view while not in full sun. Breakfast was ok with lots of choice. There is lots of cake at breakfast and the English breakfast is quite poor offering poor quality bacon and sausage. The location is extremely good if you want easy access to the town centre. If you have valuable clothing I recommend not sending it to be washed as I had a very expensive item ruined by the laundry team and it was a real battle to get any compensation back as the hotel denied responsibility, I managed to get back half the value knocked off the bill which I was quite upset about as the top was bought for the trip only 2 weeks before. If you are arriving late to the hotel make sure you bring some snacks as they don’t provide any food for evening arrivals. On balance I would sadly not return after this experience.

We really loved our stay at this hotel. Its so close to everything, we easily went through the back entrance to walk into town center and the docks and the train station is barely a 5 minute walk away. We got an upgrade to our room upon checking in and the new remodeled rooms that are offered are absolutely gorgeous, very spacious and very well done. The staff was very kind, the bartenders at the pool were excellent, we grabbed breakfast which was free with our stay a few times as well. We had a very good experience and would stay again if we come back to Sorrento.

Rooms are spacious and air coned but very meh. No toothbrush or shaving kit or conditioner or body wash... Doors need a strong push/pull to lock. Maid left it unlocked once. Pillow thickness basically non existent. Lovely staff and buffet breakfast is amazing for the price.

The location was close to the shopping area. The rooms are dated and furniture could use a refresh. It is a clean hotel. Front desk staff are pleasant and the bar tender at the pool was very nice. The breakfast and dinner staff aren’t friendly and were rude. We were told the hotel does NOT allow any outside food or drink. Which is unrealistic. I was part of a group of 21 people. The tour had a dinner for us at the hotel. I will give this a zero, I couldn’t as well as many others in the group could not eat it. I enjoyed Sorrento

Great location right by the train station and a quick walk to the main centre. Rafaelo who greeted us for breakfast each morning, and for a drink in the evening was the standout for excellent customer service, always friendly, happy and engaging. However the rest of the experience was disappointing, reception staff are focused on up selling hotel services, totally missed giving us room keys. The rooms are super dated and not hygienic, even after politely asking, they wouldn’t put a cover on the doona/quilt - it was gross. Whilst a good location, we didn’t really feel comfortable at all; would recommend looking for alternate options.
