Gorgeous hotel in Sorrento, a short walk to the city center! Got in way too early and they graciously let us hang out at the amazing pool until the room was ready, 1.5 hours early! Housekeeping was amazing- I’m sorry I forgot the woman with blond hair. Breakfast buffet had so much variety for every taste and great views. Danilo was very helpful with luggage storage when we checked out to explore the city more. and then calling us a taxi when we got back. Lots of awesome recommendations. We throughly enjoyed our time and celebrating a birthday. Definitely need to come back again ❤️

We absolutely loved our stay at the Hilton Sorrento Palace. While situated slightly outside the main town, it is a quick walk into town giving easy access to shops, restaurants and the porto. The location high on the hill ensures you can step away from the hustle and bustle when you need to and gives terrific views. Our Exceutive Deluxe seaview room (for 3 people) was worth every penny - it was incredibly comfortable and spacious - plenty of room in the wardrobe, bathroom etc. We ate at the pool, terrace and garden restaurants and all food was delicious. The breakfast options were plentiful and we appreciated the inclusion of non-dairy yogurt. It would be good if more non-dairy options could be added to the other restaurant menus. We absolutely loved the pools and the QR code ordering system made getting food and drinks at your lounger really easy. We found the pool area quite quiet during the first half of our stay but during the latter half, there were more pre-teens/teens playing games in the pool area which made it feel noisier and it was definitely busier. Perhaps the lifeguards could keep and eye on the games and make sure they're not causing too much disturbance or dominating the pool area (e.g., teens throwing tennis balls to each other across the length of the large pool). The two shallow pools for toddlers is a real bonus and the children's activity coordinator had a lot of fun stuff for little children to enjoy in the shade. We found all the staff friendly and helpful. The walk up the hill behind the hotel (follow the steps from the corner by the church) is well worth the effort.

I stayed at Hilton Sorrento Palace and found it to be one of the most expansive and resort‑like properties in the Sorrento area. The hotel is large, beautifully maintained, and designed for relaxation, with a layout that feels airy and open compared with the more compact hotels closer to the town center. One of the highlights is the lemon garden area — a spacious outdoor zone filled with citrus trees, comfortable seating, and a relaxed evening atmosphere. It’s a perfect place to unwind at night, enjoy a drink, or simply take in the scent of lemons under the warm Sorrento air. The rooms are generously sized, especially by Italian standards, and many come with large balconies offering sweeping sea views. Waking up to the Bay of Naples from a wide terrace is one of the most memorable parts of staying here. The connected swimming pools are another standout feature: multiple levels, plenty of space, and a resort feel that makes it easy to spend an entire day lounging. The only drawback is that there’s very little shade during daytime, so the sun can be intense — something to keep in mind if you’re planning to stay poolside for hours. Breakfast is well regarded, with a good selection of hot and cold items, fresh pastries, fruits, and made‑to‑order options. It’s not over‑the‑top luxury, but it’s plentiful, fresh, and satisfying, especially before a day of sightseeing or relaxing by the pool. The main downside is the location relative to transportation. While the hotel sits in a quiet, elevated part of Sorrento with beautiful views, it’s not close to the train station. Walking is possible but tiring, especially with luggage or in summer heat. Taxis are available but can be difficult to secure during busy periods, and fares are noticeably expensive for the short distance. This is the one logistical challenge that many travelers mention. Overall, Hilton Sorrento Palace is a spacious, comfortable, and resort‑style hotel with excellent facilities, beautiful sea‑view balconies, and a charming lemon garden perfect for evening relaxation. If you don’t mind being a bit farther from the train station — or are comfortable relying on taxis — it’s a wonderful place to enjoy the slower, scenic side of Sorrento.

Loved this hotel. Lovely service, great views, nice executive lounge if you can get it. You do pay for it though. Food was quite expensive. You can enjoy really good food in Italy for far less. But everything we ate at the hotel was good quality and the restaurants had a good atmosphere.

Had a beautiful stay at the Hilton Sorrento Palace. The rooms were incredibly spacious, modern, and spotless. You can really tell the hotel is well maintained, and it made our stay feel very comfortable and relaxing. The only thing I would suggest improving is the breakfast. While everything was fresh and good, the variety felt a bit limited and it was mostly the same options each day. Adding more variety would really elevate the overall experience. That being said, what truly stood out was the kindness of the staff. Everyone was incredibly warm and welcoming, and they were especially kind to my baby Emiliano, which made our stay even more special.

I loved staying here. The bed was so comfortable! I slept like I was at home. The housekeeping staff was excellent. The room was very clean. The staff was very helpful and would make phone calls for us, as we planned our day. The breakfast was a highlight! They even had a special section for children, and a special section for gluten free. The fresh squeezed orange juice was excellent! The views were breathtaking. I will love to come back.

We had a lovely stay at the Hilton Sorrento Palace. The location is fantastic, with beautiful views overlooking the Bay of Naples, and the breakfast was outstanding. The pool area is also lovely, although on some days it was difficult to find an available sunbed. Unfortunately, our experience was let down by the rooftop nightclub at weekends. Music continues until around 1am and was extremely loud in our room. We were travelling with our young family and, for a hotel of this standard, we simply did not expect this level of disturbance when looking for a relaxing stay. Overall, there is a lot to like about the hotel, but the weekend rooftop events are something guests should be made fully aware of before booking.
