The location is superb. Hotel interior is modern, retro deco and the staffs are friendly. Bfast area may be small but the spread is a lot and good. Overall I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Would not stay here again. The room was fine and clean but we couldn’t go on the balcony as it had no view , looked on to air conditioning units and a wall and other apartments looked right into the bedroom, the air conditioning in the room didn’t work. There was no real breakfast. Basically they put out a cold buffet breakfast ( even the bacon and scrambled eggs were cold) at 6.45 and didn’t replace anything, once it had gone it was gone. The hotel was full and most mornings when we got there the dining tables were all full with guests, so nowhere to sit and no breakfast left . It was however only a 10 minute walk to the centre, which was great. This is very over priced.

Hotel Luxe was the perfect place to stay during our honeymoon in Split. The location couldn't have been better. Everything was within easy walking distance, including the waterfront, Old Town, restaurants, and shops. It made exploring the city so easy. The hotel itself was modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was also excellent with plenty of fresh, delicious options to start the day. If you're driving, the hotel does offer parking, which was a huge plus in Split. The parking lot is about a two minute walk from the hotel and has a daily fee. The road leading to it is a bit busy and narrow, so it can be a little challenging to get to, but we appreciated having a secure place to park.

The best part of this hotel is the location. Room had a nice view and little balcony which was nice. Convenient to port and old town but other than that it’s lacking charm and my room smelled like sewage which I was told “can happen and can’t be predicted.” Overpriced in my opinion.

Hotel Luxe is in a great location. Easy to walk to everything, but really Split is small and easy to walk. Note that because of traffic, cars cannot stop right in front of the hotel, but can drop you off or pick you up fairly close. The staff was nice and helpful. The room was clean. The breakfast room was always empty, but the food was decent. The amenities were a little odd. The gym, steam room, and sauna were in a creepy basement which smelled off.

Really disappointed. The hotel is in a great location near the old town and the welcome we received was lovely and polite. Had a comfy room which was clean with a large balcony. All good so far…. But the breakfast is pretty poor. An awful cheap coffee machine, little welcome, and not great selection. The gym (see photo) is terrible with few bits of equipment - no running machine but just an old fashioned exercise bike. What really annoyed in this 4 star hotel is the response to asking for my water bottle to be filled so I could go use the gym. Was told they did not do this, to pay 4 euros for the mini bar water or use water from the bathroom. There is also no bar service or restaurant if you seek that. No idea why this is a 4 star hotel.

We had a very disappointing experience at Luxe Hotel Split, especially regarding their “to-go breakfast.” Since we were checking out early, we requested a takeaway breakfast in advance. What we received was honestly unacceptable: a single, sad, dry sandwich and one cherry tomato (Charged 20€). That’s it. No drink, no fruit, no variation—nothing that resembles a proper breakfast, let alone the standard you would expect from a hotel of this category. It felt careless and frankly disrespectful to guests who paid for breakfast. If the hotel cannot provide a decent takeaway option, they should be transparent about it instead of offering something so minimal it feels like an afterthought. This experience left a very poor final impression and does not reflect the level of service advertised.

The management is terrible. We have just made a reservation and it was confirmed. Upon arrival, they said “Your réservation is canceled due to price confusion”. Nobody called us and we got the message later on. Even they are so rude that they did not excuse for anything. Avoid this place Edit upon response of owner: No one informed us via any kind of communication. Only staff informed me upon my arrival and to ask her about parking lot. This is a total lie, sorry. How you handle the issue is truly your way of management. Unfortunately, that is not successful. Hope you learn from your faults. Regards
