Beautiful hotel with three lovely pools. We arrived early due to a very early flight but Reception were kind enough to check whether our rooms were ready and we were able to check in at 11 which was a lovely surprise and much appreciated. Breakfast is a lovely selection and the lunch/ bar menu was also good. The rooms are spacious with good facilities. The local area is beautiful with several nice bars and restaurants whose prices are considerably cheaper than Split itself. One small downside (which the hotel obviously can’t help) the local mosquitoes are brutal!

My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay very much, with great cocktails, excellent service, and amazing housekeeping. The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful, with such an elegant and classy atmosphere that we were genuinely amazed from the moment we arrived. This is truly a place we would love to revisit. 5/5, very satisfied. Ramiz and the other bartenders were excellent, and we are hoping to see them again soon. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay.

The hotel is beautiful, and all of the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The location is lovely and peaceful, while still having restaurants, shops and things to do nearby, with easy access to public transport. It's a great choice for families. The pools were amazing, and we really enjoyed the live music, which created a lovely atmosphere. The only downside was the hotel room bathroom. The shower head was quite small, and it was difficult to get the water temperature right—it always seemed to be either too hot or too cold. The shower and bath jets also weren't very practical, as water leaked outside because the shower screen didn't fully enclose the bath. But loved the double sinks and large space to get ready. House keeping and all staff were so amazing and appreciated all their hard work- they all made are stay so lovely, showing us how to get public transport, checking if we needed anything and were all very approachable. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again.

Hotel is in a lovely location about a 20 min bus ride from Split. Solin has nice bars & restaurants. It is not a 5 star hotel. Rooms are very large, clean with all facilities but decor is old fashioned/dated. My fridge in room did not work on arrival but after complaining it was replaced on the 3rd day. The staff were very friendly. Great pool area outside. The main disappointment was breakfast and the bar closing before 10pm. The hotel seems to cater for short stay coach parties who eat early so when you arrive for breakfast around 9am despite there being a good choice of hot and cold items many have run out and we constantly had to ask for them to be refilled. Tables were never laid up for breakfast. Friday night we arrived back at hotel at 9.50pm and the bar staff refused to give us a drink as they were cleaning up and wanted to go home. Improvements to the service would make such a difference as overall it’s a very nice hotel.

Recently paid a visit to this hotel and had a very mixed experience. On approaching the hotel you notice the five stars on the front, I think not. My comments will echo many previous reviews, unfortunately nothing has changed. What's a matter with the owners and management at this hotel. As previously stated this could be a very nice hotel but at the moment it's far from it.| The hotel itself is fine, nice rooms ( if a little dark) with everything you need. The pool area is excellent, never crowded and plenty of sunbeds.| The problem with this hotel was the restaurant service. It was abysmal as previously stated in many reviews. The hotel is a stop over for many tours and most people never return. You have to pre-book lunch and dinner, which bearing on mind the size of some parties is perfectly understandable.| On our first night it took two hours and fifteen minutes to serve three pre booked courses, unbelievable. Sat at a table for eight, seven of the diners had been served and eaten their main course before mine even arrived. The second night the service was just as slow and we were told we could not have some of the desserts we had pre-ordered. Why ask us to pre-order something you cannot supply. On our third meal the tables were not ready. No wine glasses, no serviettes and very few staff.| If these comments sound harsh, I'm sorry but they are perfectly true and the management are clearly not interested in their customers. If any of the above were one offs I would understand but when this is happening time and again ( read the reviews) it is just not acceptable.| Would I return to this hotel, given a choice definitely no.

Hotel beautiful has everything, only 3 gripes. No walk in showers, breakfasts poor and basic for such a wonderful hotel. Last gripe for a 5 day trip to far from the centre of city. As I said could have been better on breakfasts.

I traveled solo, but with the Titan company for a tour. The hotel President, Solin was our final hotel. The hotel itself is very pleasant, with large rooms and elegant features, set in an attractive area. Unfortunately there were several issues. We had to order from the menu for our choices of lunch and dinner the day ahead. On our first day, the staff were aware of our choices, but we waited half an hour to be served and meals were coming out haphazardly, so some people were waiting for food, when others had finished.|The staff were friendly enough, but seemed lost about their duties and were vague. It seemed as if they had been recently employed, but without adequate training.|One evening, I left my room and encountered a couple who were rather confused. Understandably so, as they had just checked in and been given keys to my room. That is an appalling error. The key to the room also opens the safe and as I only had one key, the room went into darkness when you took it out of the holder inside the door. At any time, it is not possible to see into the wardrobe. |If the several issues are addressed, this could be a good holiday destination.

Very nice and clean hotel with excellent service. The staff is extremely kind, helpful, and always willing to do anything to make your stay comfortable. I would like to highlight Ana from Kazakhstan, Ramiz, Zoran and Debashish who were all incredibly kind, professional and made sure all our needs were met. The spa area is great, and even offers amazing physiotherapeutic services (physiotherapist Ana was great). Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!
