Jupiters Luxury Hotel was in the old town in Split. The rooms were clean. The staff were very helpful recommending places to eat and service we required. They made sure we had everything we needed & helped us navigate the old town successfully. A big thank you to the wonderful staff.

Ok, so hotel good points. Lovely helpful staff, excellent location. Breakfast - not great, ok but not great. It has a good selection of cakes but cooked not good, bread usually felt like day before and inedible rock hard rolls. Food area too small. Toaster waste of electricity frankly, gave up after one 5 minute attempt. Room - we had what was called a deluxe quadruple. Room too small really, second double bed was a sofa bed. There were only 3 of us, 4 would have been ridiculous and hard for 4th person to get into bed as it was against the wall. Main bed creaked so was annoying. Also bed side tables need looking at as they are sloping so things fall off. Mini fridge good, air con pretty effective. Shower over bath worked well. Room nice but deluxe seems a stretch. We booked for 3 but I still had to be directed to the breakfast room to get my own third cup and glass. Room servicing was good. Good shutters and curtains so room nice and dark. General - doors need a look at, very hard to close without a loud noise so you can imagine what it was like when someone came in later. Don’t put room key anywhere near phone else it will be erased. So it’s a great location but in my opinion not worth what was being charged or billed as deluxe/luxury.

Very central hotel close to some nice restaurants & stores & the Riva promenade. Lovely breakfast. Staff are helpful. Wouldnt call it a boutique hotel but we ejoyed our stay nontheless

Absolutely fantastic location. Our room is pleasant but basic. Location is excellent in the pedestrian area of old town. Local excursions, restaurants, bars all within easy <10 min walking distance. There is a rooftop hot tub, sauna and sun loungers you can book that is very private. But appart from that, expect to be spending your time out of the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay here in March. The location is excellent, just 1 minute walk to the main palace hall. We explored the old palace when it was quiet and not crowded after dinner. It was a special experience and one of the highlights of our trip. The front desk lady was very kind and helpful. Before we left, she recommended two nearby attractions (Klis Fortress and Krka National Park) for us to visit on our way to our next destination. By the way, Krka National Park is incredibly beautiful.

Be aware you can’t drive up to the hotel, you should arrange a transfer directly with them as it is cheaper than getting a taxi at the airport & the transfer driver will help you get to and from the hotel. The location is stunning, every bar and restaurant in the palace district looks amazing and the ancient architecture is stunning. You are also super close to the marina for booking day tours etc. The hotel itself has beautiful character filled rooms, we were a family of 4 and all stayed in one room which was doable. The staff were super accomodating and came down to the marina to meet us where a taxi had dropped us off. A few things to be aware of… the wifi is very patchy, no smart TV and a few things in the room needed some maintenance such as toilet door not locking and a few other bits of wear and tear. Jacquizi bath didn’t work. The breakfast wasn’t to my taste & the coffee machine was awful. A few reviews mentioned a lot of street noise but I don’t find this to be an issue, on the contrary the windows/sound insulation was really good. The aircon leaked a bit but did its job on > 40 degree days. I’d recommend this hotel.

My partner booked this then I read the reviews and was worried. Honestly. It was brilliant. Our room lovely. Quiet. Staff friendly. Clean. Perfect location and decent breakfast. Honestly I cant understand all the hate in the reviews. Maybe new management? But great place mixed with the old town walls as part of the hotel character.

The location of this hotel, within the maze of Diocletians palace, is an ideal spot for exploring Split. This location allows for late night strolls and early morning coffees in the quiet streets and squares and that felt really special. We had quad rooms with three people in each and it felt comfortable. Noise was an issue only one night as there is a restaurant right outside the windows. The rooms could use some refinement to be worthy of four stars. The parking process was not easy for us and required quite a bit of tech savvy. The Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with addressing any questions or concerns.
