Amazing stay! Such wonderful service, great breakfast and the best location. You can walk anywhere from here. Rooms are so cool and lovely The concierges are so helpful and amazing. Andy and Tony helped carry our bags to the golf cart that takes you straight to your ferry dropoff. I would stay here any time again!!!

Third time staying at this wonderful heritage hotel. We love the rooms, the location right on the main square, the breakfasts, the courtyard cocktail bar. Most of all, we come back for the staff: Andy, Carla, Tony - all greeted us like old friends. As they note on their website and as others have mentioned, there is a flight of about 20 steps to the lobby and main floor. From there, an elevator is available. But no worries - forget about handling your own luggage - they won't hear of it!

Highly recommend this hotel. It's spotlessly clean, and the staff genuinely go above and beyond to make your stay great. The rooms are lovely and fit well with the local character of the area. There's a cute courtyard bar that's perfect for relaxing, and breakfast is a real highlight — delicious every morning. Would happily stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting.

We stayed at Judita Palace Heritage Hotel in Sept, 2026. We were there only one night before our cruise. The Hotel is beautiful and clean; the room was clean, quiet and well appointed. The hotel is situated on a square with lots of great restaurants. The staff was SUPER helpful with our questions and logistics. Breakfast was amazing! Highly recommend!

The staff welcomes you as if you are family from the 1st interaction (kindly bringing your bags from the street to the hotel). Not in an overwhelming way, more like when you move back into your parent's house when you are 25. Andy the Legend will be our favorite memory of the stay but the entire staff acts as a personal Concierge to you. Rooms were very well appointed and the slight quirkiness of a "hallway shower" in the room added to the charm. Perfect location as well.

We truly enjoyed our experience here! The rooms are lovely, we had a balcony overlooking the square and quaint bar below. Marija and Chris were wonderful in helping upon arrival and departure, and were always in communication with us regarding our lost luggage. Highly recommend!

Exceptionally attentive staff and fantastic overall experience. Staff treats you as family from the initial interaction throughout checkout and act as your personal Concierge. They treat you like family but not in a over burdening way....more like when you move back home at 25 years old. Highly recommend.
