From the front desk staff to the restaurant staff, everyone was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and very kind. The hospitality was amazing. The location is suited well for access to the City Center and the water front with just a short walk. The rooms were top notch and the breakfast was fantastic. To top it off in our two night stay we even received a few pleasant surprises that enhanced our stay. 10/10 I highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo President! After a long travel day, the check-in with a glass of sparkling wine was such a nice touch. Our room was comfortable and well-appointed, and we especially loved the heated bathroom floors. The rooftop was a highlight, with a beautiful new pool, comfortable daybeds, and gorgeous views around sunset. Breakfast was excellent, with a great buffet assortment as well as a menu to order from. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect — an easy walk into town while still being quiet and peaceful. Would absolutely stay here again!

Concierge service and housekeeping were excellent. The manager was exemplary in every way and she made sure guests were always well attended. The breakfasts were a bit behind compared to other departments with some elements such as homemade smoothies and excellent yogurt and kefir absolutely terrific. The hot dishes were not as perfect but were serviceable.

We stayed here for VACA for 4 days. The rooms the location and the staff were wonderful and very helpful. The hotel is only 3 blocks from old town in a very safe and busy area. There is a square 1 block away where locals gather for coffee and drinks which was so nice. The breakfast was included and wow what a great way to start your day. Pastries galore, fresh fruit. Again the staff was amazing. Anything you wanted they will accommodate. The rooms were spotless and extremely clean. We felt it was our home away from home. We will certainly be back to visit this beautiful hotel, city and country.

This place is a gem. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful. We had stayed at three 5-star hotels during our visit to Croatia and this one was our favorite. The breakfast was incredible. Staff were full of recommendations and even gave us a cookie at chekout. If you are on the fence about which hotel to stay at and this is one of your options - pick this place. You'll thank me later. Location is great - walking distance to most places you want to see in Split and there are several amazing cocktail bars that are open very late for you to go out and enjoy (Paloma Nero is just next door)

Palazzo President is a fantastic property located in Split -- blocks away from the city center. We booked the suite and it was one of the most spacious rooms we've ever been in -- one bed, two bath, and a large living room. The staff was exceptional. I told the team it was my partners birthday and every staff member went out of their way to wish him a happy bday. It is on the pricier side but worth every penny. Will return.

Perfect stay, wish we could have stayed longer! The hotel itself has a rather modern, cold vibe, but the incredible staff completely makes you feel right at home. From the moment we arrived, we received a wonderfully warm welcome from Roko at the front desk. A special mention must go to the lead restaurant host, Zeljko. His service was absolutely phenomenal. He is incredibly well-trained, highly professional, and remarkably attentive. He really elevated the entire breakfast experience, which was already fantastic in terms of quality (not just your standard, random omelets and scrambled eggs). Because of our tight schedule, it’s a huge pity we only stayed for one night. We would definitely recommend staying at Palazzo President! Location-wise, it’s a decent 10-minute walk to the main old town. Highly recommended!

Great stay at Palazzo President. Veronika and Ivan were amazing and made everything really easy for us. They helped us with an early check-in and were friendly and helpful the whole time. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Would definitely stay here again
