We took a family room for three and the rooms were a good layout. The hotel has a fun design that was a hit with older kids. Breakfast was generous and the bagels from the deli were really good! It’s also a great base for exploring Stockholm

Our hotel room did not have A/C. Room 89 was extremely hot to sleep in. We were provided an a/c unit, in which we had to walk to the lobby to request ice from the front desk clerk, walk back to our room, and load it into the unit every 4 hours, to keep the room from being just under sweltering when we closed our eyes at night. Also the room did not contain any windows so no proper ventilation occurred despite our repeated conversations with the front desk who kept saying it was working, and yet we were boiling in our bed every night. On top off that, the lack of windows deeply affected our circadian rhythm since a concept of time was impossible to grasp in a room underground with no sunlight.

The only positive aspect of our stay was the reception staff. Unfortunately, everything else was far below expectations. The rooms were located in the basement, which was quite strange and disappointing. The air conditioning system could not be adjusted properly. The room was extremely cold, and the only option available was to make it even colder. Breakfast was very disappointing, especially considering the price of this hotel. A buffet breakfast would be expected at this price point, but instead we were served just one egg, a simple sandwich, some juice, and coffee. When requesting anything extra, the staff’s attitude noticeably changed. The bathroom had a very unpleasant smell throughout our stay. Overall, this hotel was far below our expectations and left us with a very negative impression. We will definitely not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

I liked my room, was super quiet - rooms are a level down, no windows which I preferred (better for sleep quality in the AM - no light). No mini fridge or kettle in room is a downside but available bar / restaurant upstairs is good enough. Good value for money given location. Bed was comfy - I’m very picky so think this is a good option and would recommend. Biggest downside but likely applies to most of Sweden - food isn’t great at all. Breakfast .. wish they could at least have a toaster for the bagels. :)

Perfect place to discover the beautiful city of Stockholm from. The hotel room's are in the basement, that was actually perfect, no disturbens from outside area, and that made us sleep better than we have had done for a long time. We will for sure be back another time.

Excellent location near the metro and a decent breakfast. However, my basement room had no windows or ventilation, and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell. The biggest disappointment was that the hotel refused to issue a proper tax invoice and would only provide a receipt. (I booked through Booking,but the hotel only provided a receipt and refused to issue an official invoice. )This makes business expense reimbursement impossible. Business travelers who require an official invoice should consider staying elsewhere.

Out go to hotel has lost its greatest assets: superb breakfast and a chill vibe. One staff member was quite hostile to us and their colleagues. Breakfast is a lackluster selection of ready made tired-tasting set menus instead of the previous vibrant selection. Weirdly served in the lobby. This hotel has totally lost its appeal, last time visiting.
