The plus is its location in the Ostermalm neighborhood near the Saluhallen foodhall, minutes walk from the harbor for boat excursions and the rest of the city The not great is the several issues with the hotel - We were welcomed by a worn-out carpet on the entrance stairs, the room we had was the classic but we got the attic room |a leaning wall which made it difficult to cover the windows for the early sunrise at 3.45am (In June).|The hardwood floor was nice but needs to sanding as it looked quite worn. |The breakfast was served until 9.30am and at 9.33am the buffet was gone though we were allowed to finish our meal.|The water pitcher in the lobby was only available a few days while we were there,

We had such a lovely stay at this well located Stockholm hotel. Sheyda's warm welcome at the reception made such a great start to our visit, with fantastic restaurant rcommendations. The rooms are clean and the breakfast really good, including homemade breads, pate and overnight oats, really well done on this. Will definately be back!! Thank you 🌻

A great hotel in an excellent location! Hotel Riddargatan is perfectly situated for exploring Stockholm, with many attractions, restaurants, and public transport just a short walk away. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. A great choice for a city break, i’d gladly stay here again.

Best possible value for money. Excellent location close to major tourist attractions + clothing and accessory stores + supermarkets (5 min walk to Lidl and Hemköp). The room is equipped with everything you may need and has some very pleasant tiny details: mini fridge, kettle, blow dryer, two sets of dumbells, shampoo/lotion/conditioner, safe, a lot of hangers in the wardrobe, two pillows of different softness, blackout curtains, warm floors in the bathroom, temperature regulators in bedroom and bathroom, a lot of power outlets. The breakfast buffet may not be the most varied, but you can still arrange yourself a decent meal (the only disadvantage is that breakfast time ends at 9:30, which for some people might be too early). Would also like to mention really quick and easy check-in/check-out process.

Overall, we liked the hotel. The breakfast was very varied, the rooms were truly large and spacious, and the location was satisfactory. I would deduct one point because the heating system in the room only worked up to 20.5°C, and it was not possible to increase the temperature. Only after we were provided with an additional heater were we able to raise the temperature slightly to around 21.5°C.

This was a comfortable hotel on the eastern side of the city and is ideally situated for visiting all of the main attractions. Gamla Stan with its cobbled streets and Royal Palace is 20 minutes stroll away in one direction and Djurgården with its cluster of museums and Skansen is 20 minutes in another direction. The rooms were well appointed and the bed was comfortable albeit a little soft for my taste. The breakfast was good with a wide variety of buffet offerings to sort all tastes and dietary requirements. Breakfast is until 10:30 which is civilised. Claim to fame is it features on the cover of an ABBA album! We stayed for 4 nights. I would stay here again when I am next in Stockholm.

I would give 5/5 stars for everything in this hotel. The have the best breakfast and location is the best that is close to everything. I loved the street right front of the hotel that has all the good restaurants.

ProfilHotels Riddargatan in central Stockholm and had a fantastic experience! The location is perfect right in Östermalm, so everything from cafes to shops is just a short walk away. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed, including free WiFi and a comfy bed. Breakfast was a highlight, lots of options, fresh, and even a great variety of vegan and gluten-free choices. Staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze.Overall, great value for central Stockholm, and I’d definitely stay here again.
