Response from the property
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate both positive and constructive comments from our guests. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the breakfast and our central location. Regarding air conditioning, we would like to clarify that A/C is still quite uncommon in Swedish hotels. The Small Double Room you booked is one of our more basic room types and therefore unfortunately does not include a refrigerator or telephone in the room. We do understand that this did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate your comments regarding amenities such as ice availability and in-room cooling options. Thank you again for your feedback, it helps us improve both our guest information and overall experience.

Response from the property
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your stay was not as restful as you had hoped. Regarding the room door, we understand that the handle may have felt a bit stiff, which understandably caused concern. When our staff checked the room, the door was functioning and could be opened normally, but we of course regret that the situation made you feel uncomfortable. As an older hotel located in the city center, some rooms facing the street can experience more noise from traffic and city life. We also appreciate your comments regarding the shower temperature and noise during the morning cleaning hours, as guest feedback helps us improve the overall experience. Thank you again for your review, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a more comfortable stay in the future.
