- ​Service: The dining staff, housekeepers, and bellmen were wonderful. Our room was cleaned daily, beds made, and tissues refilled right on time. - ​Concierge: A special shoutout to the concierge, who was my favorite person on the team so kind, helpful, and guiding! - ​Location: Perfect! Right next to the central station and city center, with both easily within walking distance. - ​Breakfast: The breakfast food was great. We stayed for two weeks, and while the selection was exactly the same every day, I guess if it ain't broke, don't fix it! ​Room for Improvement: - ​Water Supply: Water bottles were too limited for three adults sharing a room, and requesting extra took quite a while to arrive. - ​Room Service Transparency: Room service fees were not clearly explained upfront. We expected to pay for the items requested, but were only informed near the end of our stay about an additional room service "delivery fee" per order. ​Overall, a solid stay and I would recommend it for the location and staff!

Very good hotel we had a good experience and almost everyone were warm and welcoming except one person. When a customer simply ask questions the very least that can be done is to crack a little smile, not to sigh and place everyone in a bad mood. My only question is how you’ve been taken to this job. Shoutout to Bruno for being super welcoming and very kind during our trip.

We stayed at this hotel for a long weekend in September to celebrate a special family occasion (2 adults and our 15-month-old). We chose it for its location, luxury reputation and global brand, and contacted the hotel 3–5 months in advance to confirm dairy-free options for our child’s allergies, including yoghurt, and to inform them that we do not drink alcohol. These requirements were acknowledged in advance, yet the overall experience was extremely disappointing. Arrival and service: On arrival after a lengthy immigration queue, the accessible entrance failed to respond despite ringing the bell multiple times. With a pram, toddler and three suitcases, we had to find another entrance and make multiple trips. When I raised this, the issue was dismissed. We also found an alcohol bottle in our room despite having explicitly requested otherwise for religious reasons. The night receptionist was dismissive when I explained the situation, leaving us feeling that our concerns were not respected. Room comfort: Although the bed was spacious, the pillows were extremely poor, sinking flat and offering virtually no support. All three of us found them uncomfortable, which was surprising given our previous positive experiences at Sheraton hotels worldwide. Breakfast: This was by far the worst part of our stay. Despite assurances months in advance, virtually no dairy-free options were available for our child beyond vegan butter, leaving us without suitable breakfast choices. Food regularly ran out with two hours of service remaining, including eggs and pastries. Plates were difficult to find, fruit quality was poor, and the omelette was burnt. We were left searching for seating without being shown to a table, had to find our own high chair, and waited an hour for tea that never arrived. Staff had to be prompted repeatedly to replenish food. This was an unacceptable experience, particularly given the hotel's price and prior confirmations. Management and overall value: Management was the only positive aspect of the service. After I provided evidence of our previous correspondence, the manager listened, apologised and arranged soft drinks in the room to replace the alcohol. However, the lack of suitable dairy-free breakfast options remained unresolved. Overall, the hotel fell significantly short of the standards expected of a luxury international brand. Poor service, inadequate breakfast provision, uncomfortable pillows and failure to honour agreed dietary requirements made our stay disappointing and poor value for money, especially given the high price. Based on our experience, I would struggle to recommend this hotel.

Went here on business a few weeks ago now. The staff were amazing - biggest shoutout to Liza and Cristian for all their help onsite. Their meeting rooms were spectacular with high tech and wonderful staff assistance through out. Food during the meets was fabulous, healthy and delicious. Rooms were amazing too! We also tried the juice bar which was gorgeous! Fresh veggies and fruit. Would absolutely recommend for a meeting here.

Hotel Renovation looks Great. Check in staff were very friendly, and gave us access to the lounge. Service was Below average for a 5 Stat hotel, always hard to get in touch with room service. Room cleaning is very poor. They barely make up the bed, and if any extra requests we need from house keeping, they are always late or we have at call again after 30mins. Rooms get warm easily, Ac cannot handle summer heat.

Had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton Stockholm Hotel. The location is unbeatable—right next to the Central Station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city and traveling to and from the airport.The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, with great views overlooking the waterfront. What truly stood out was the friendly and professional staff, who were always helpful and welcoming throughout my stay.The breakfast spread was excellent, offering a wide variety of options to start the day. Being within walking distance of Gamla Stan, shopping areas, and many of Stockholm’s attractions made the experience even better.Highly recommend Sheraton Stockholm for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and great service in the heart of the city.

Sheraton Stockholm has become our home away from home! Following the extensive renovations, this hotel ticks all boxes. Rooms are clean, spacious and inviting and I am stunned by the new gym and juice bar. The breakfast offers anything imaginable and the business center is ideal when you need to work. Above all, the staff is incredible. In fact, they are genuinely welcoming, sweet and friendly - spanning all departments (we often stay during some of the busiest days of the year). All in all, considering location, facilities and service, this is without a doubt a top hotel in Stockholm.

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from the very beginning and completely below the standards expected from a five-star Marriott property. The problems started as soon as we arrived. We were travelling with a small child and had specifically requested a baby cot before our arrival, yet when we entered the room, the cot was not there. A request like this is not a luxury or a minor preference when travelling with a young child. It is a basic requirement that the hotel had been informed about in advance, and the room should have been properly prepared before our arrival. During our stay, the Marriott Digital Key, which had initially been working, suddenly stopped functioning halfway through the stay. Once again, a service designed to make the guest experience smoother became another inconvenience we had to deal with. The problems continued with the room itself. The bathroom became clogged, something that is difficult to accept in a hotel claiming five-star standards. Housekeeping was also completely inadequate. We left our room at 9 a.m., giving the hotel plenty of opportunity to service it, yet the room was cleaned extremely late. At this level, guests should not have to spend their day wondering when their room will finally be cleaned. But what ultimately made this experience unacceptable was the behaviour of the reception staff. After all these issues, I went to the front desk to explain what had happened and express my dissatisfaction. Rather than listening professionally, apologising or trying to address the situation, the staff member I spoke to actually laughed in my face while I was explaining my complaint. That was, quite frankly, astonishing. Problems can happen in any hotel. A technical system can fail, maintenance issues can occur and housekeeping can occasionally be delayed. What defines a supposedly five-star hotel is how those problems are prevented and, when they do occur, how they are handled. In our case, we had a baby cot requested in advance but missing on arrival, a Digital Key that stopped working halfway through the stay, a clogged bathroom, extremely late housekeeping despite leaving the room at 9 a.m., and finally a reception employee laughing at us when we complained. At that point, these are no longer isolated incidents. They represent a complete failure in organisation, maintenance, service and customer care. A five-star hotel should offer attention to detail, reliability, efficient housekeeping and, above all, professional and respectful treatment of its guests. Our experience was the exact opposite. I will be reporting the entire experience directly to Marriott, because I believe they should be aware of the standards being delivered at a property carrying their name. Based on our experience, I absolutely cannot recommend this hotel and I would certainly never choose to stay here again. Five-star branding and five-star prices are meaningless when the actual guest experience falls this far below five-star standards.
