Clean and beautiful hotel. Perfectly located, nice views available. Metropolitan station is one minute walk from the entrance. Comfortable lounge zone, swimming pool and very nice staff making this hotel so attractive.

Very pleasant short stay. The reception and cleaning staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had great views of the lake and some of the surrounding attractions. Amenities at the hotel are very good and the surrounding attractions are close by and can be accessed either by a short walk or by a Didi.Will definitely stay here again.

Located next to Suzhou Exhibition Center, this hotel is literally next to the Jinji Lake Park. Lots of food and entertainment options there next to the lake. Also helps that Subway Line 1 is next just next to the main entrance of the hotel. Times Square Mall is also only one stop away. The service here is par excellence, seriously makes you feel like VIP. And did I mention the breakfast spread? Wide selections and a good mix of east and western brekkie food. I liked their Suzhou noodles of course and I get to mix up different selections of protein toppings. Nice! Strongly recommend to stay here even if it is off city center. Really value for money!

This was a last minute booking that we made for New Year’s Eve and we weren’t expecting much but we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, the excellent location of the hotel and the welcoming staff at the front desk. We arrived quite late but our check in was smooth and we were offered complimentary drinks at the downstairs bar. The room was quiet and a convenient distance from the elevator. Definitely worth staying here if you want to be somewhere with convenience especially since there is a metro stop right outside the front door.

We had a very good stay and rest in this hotel. We also got upgrade room. Shout out to the Manager, Mr Galiano, who helped us and very friendly to us. The breakfast and lunch were so delicious with many food choices all of our likes. Hotel also is just right next to metro, making traveling so easy. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Suzhou, even though it was only for one night. We were celebrating our 16th anniversary and were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite. The room was spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable.A special thank you to Daisy and her team—your service and hospitality were truly appreciated. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety that included some lovely Western options.I also accidentally left a few items behind, and the staff responded immediately and helpfully, arranging for everything to be couriered back to me without any hassle.Thank you once again for an excellent experience. We will definitely be returning!

restaurant not managed well, they just simply let guest go in for breakfast without queue. Although we have turn the table label to in use but other guest seems ignore and the staff also never put a stop to those guest. Is a worse 4 star hotel. Seems like I never have a good experience stay with novatel although many chances have been given

The hotel has an excellent view over JinJi lake and a metro right outside the door. The highlight of our stay was the live music in the lobby during the evenings and the big, clean swimming pool. It takes one stop to get to DongFangZhiMen which is great for shopping. There are also nice walks around the lake. The main sightseeing area is easily reached by metro or didi.

The hotel has its own Restaurant, Bar, Snack bar, and Cafe, so you can eat on site. The Square serves an international buffet with live cooking stations, and Bo Ya Xuan offers Jiangsu and Cantonese dishes. Nearby, within a short walk, you'll find RONG Vietnamese Cuisine, Din Tai Fung, Riva, and Locke pub. For a casual bite, 蓝色音符 and 白兔糖咖啡 are about 350 meters away, with Costa at 400 meters. Times Square Mall, a 5-minute walk, has more dining options.
